There is a final electronic flange at the CDI level which must be removed by cutting the green and yellow wire.

I’ll recomend you guys putting a big carb like a 21 mm (dellorto, oko, pwk…) and most of the 50cc bikes came with some restrictors on the Ecu, so if i were you, ill drop some ecu from the brand top perfomance, hope you see this, this will improve the performance of your moped like crazy!

I think 110 is perfect size for the jet. My yamaha dt with same engine has size 100 jet and it struggles going uphill. I think I should change it

Remove the restrictor from the exhaust. Airbox. The cdi is heavily restricted

Yasuni is know to also have restrictions in the pot I don’t know if you took that out before, I have worked on gear mopeds since I was 14 and I’m 19 but we sadly don’t really have shercos in Denmark only derbi, gilera, Aprilia and rieju

Did you derestrict the cdi? You need to cut the green/yellow wire in the middle. Mine goes 75 kmh.

Is moding the airbox different than de restricting the CDI? Purchased the S23 CDI from you guys but after watching the video again, I am noticing the airbox being worked on as well.

Help me figure out how to build or work getting a scooter going for me again forth time get my scooter stolen my most best reliable scooter was my buddy 50 two stoke I found it but all I got back was the engine and transmission and tire I just need ideas for building well ad to this engine and transmission or help finding a used cheapy blown up or basket case to put together because I really need a job and well now I'm homeless because my motor blown up in my car my scooter stolen again and well the cop don't do anything but make fun of me but I'm going through a tuff time and need to get some kinda transportation because I need to make money any ideas 💡 well I'll never now if I don't ask God bless and keep up with what you guys do I really appreciate you guys for making videos and showing others that don't have any idea on what to do or how to I respect that I really do

Is that thing even street legal? I don’t think it would be here in NC because of the gears unless it was registered as a motorcycle. I’m sure the laws are different being on the other side of the country

Yo yo! What’s up guys. First all I want to say, love what you guys do. Love the sick wheelie videos, the dope tutorials, the giveaways, and most of all, love the shop. Anywho, I need some advice. Doing my first build. I bought most of my parts from the legendary scooterswapshop.com. Im running a 2 stroke bugeye with corsa, yasuni R derestricted(courtesy of scooterswapshop), 21mm dellorto phbg, stock air box with 2 1/2” holes drilled with a uni filter, malossi racing cdi, top performance variator bundle(on sale), that’s all installed, and I got vforce 3 reeds and a polini adjustable clutch with stage 6 r/t bell on the way. Using stock intake but adding a 5mm spacer once the new reeds are in. I need some tuning recommendations. What jets, rollers, and springs do you recommend for this setup? I ordered the adjustable clutch from ruckhouse and it’s going to be a while until I see it. So for now I’ll just change the springs on the stock. I already bought a yellow contra spring and b,y,r, shoe springs. Right now the scoots super rich. The plugs foul FAST, really hard to start, exhaust sputters and spits out black liquid along with a ton of smoke, and runs best with the mixture screw turned all the way in and still way too rich. I’m leaving it alone until the jet kits arrive so I figure I’ll ask for advice in the meantime. Any help is greatly appreciated. I know Paul said he likes his dell’s, so if he gets me running right tell him I’ll buy him 10 energy drinks. Hah!
