I think what makes him so convincing is his height and stoic face and nose. A lot of models have slight widows peaks and asymmetrical faces and no one really cares. Unfortunately height and certain body types are a big winner in men's fashion even though they don't represent the majority of men haha. But he does 100% pull of the model look.

I think you need to be careful and not discredit the fashion designers who actually do create artful pieces. I do agree that part of the fashion world is entirely superficial and overrated; however, there are some designer-muse relationships like Gianni Versace and Naomi Campbell that do deserve recognition and respect.

EXACTLY...he legit looks like a model and when he brings the confidence on...forget it. The trick would be putting a non-model in designer clothes and seeing if they look as good as the models selling it..doubt it. A gorgeous confident person can wear a garbage bag as a dress and make it look good...there was an I Love Lucy episode w/ a similar theme (she wore something ridiculous to a fashion event, I think a hat and a few days later a "model" was wearing the same hat down the street)...and that was decades ago...nothing really new here.
