Rwanda today is evidence of what happens when you realize who orchestrated the turmoil in the first place. Making mention of the internal strife without speaking to how the divide came about is not a good look. Thankfully President Kagame leads with acknowledging the divide and conquer tactics and being forward thinking
@Mamelodiful
@Mamelodiful Год назад
Yes, whereas majority murdered were Tutsi, over explaining that narrative only puts a marksmans spot on Hutus. Just say the genocide and promote reconciliation. This could also give way to the FDLR a safe passage to drop their weapons and seek amnesty. Don't wash away the contribution of those Hutus who tried to stop the war..even if they are few.

And I'm envious of the young lady who has wise enough parents to bring her to the continent at such an early age, when most of us (myself definitely included) came up ignorantly "representin" those American streets not knowing who we really were or where we came from. It’s also an awesome statement ti hear the mother say she wants her daughter to be somewhere people look like her. Don’t get me wrong, I am equally proud of what black people have achieved in America but I still can’t help but feel like we are constantly under assault. It’s a feeling that there is a war against people of color in this country.

You can not build Africa for us. Africa will build you before you realize it 😂 . It sounds like we are ppl that is looking for SOS. We will appreciated our brothers/sisters to come and contribute to the solution with their experiences. We dnt need help to build all those 54 countries in the continent. As an African I love to see our black brothers / sisters from the diaspora to relocate in the continent, but the world build Africa is little too much for me. 😂

@@melokulelekankumalo3402 totally a different topic. We are talking about the role of Rwanda in Congo genocide. Not the role of French French gouvernement in the Rwandan genocide. I think Ghana, Gabon, Nigeria, Senegal and Ivory Coast are quite developed too like East and Southern Africa. I notice the wealthy and upper middle class black Americans seem to love Ghana and Kenya even though Kenya is cheaper than Ghana since they use dollars too in Ghana while Rwanda like Botswana specifically focused on Americans to help them live there so you have many Americans there who usually work for corporations in America that expand to these regions as well. They also hear about South Africa the most in the mainstream media but never move there because they don’t want to experience racism in their own homeland but other Southern African nations like Namibia, Zambia and Botswana have a good quality of life and peace of mind.

"Traveling the world is a university on it's own" brilliant!! Wode Maya you have the potential to help unite all of Africa as one! One nation One people! Then the rest of the world would follow! I am so inspired by these videos of inspiring creative people you come across! Thank you for listening to your own guidance to show the true Africa! What a world this would be if everyone followed their own hearts💞💕

It starts from you... you can change Gonja land by taking initiative to sensitise the people in your locality on the need to keep the environment clean...by the way, Accra is not as "clean" as Kigali, but it has more economic prospect than Kigali (Rwanda), which means it is not all doom and gloom.

Please to all African leaders, help our brothers, sister’s and their families in all over the world find their way back to Africa, help make their journey easier and if they wish to settle back in Africa we should all give them a hand of support.
