You NEED to do a video where you break down what you paid for these businesses, their expenses, revenue, etc. Like you said, we're all adults now, that's the shit that interests us! Lol
A laundry mat and a carwash?! You guys are buying out the whole town!! Im loving this new buisness man era! The smile more brand is great but all of these support abd help out your city and its citizens This is actually so fun and cool and I hope you bring Cora and the boys in to help out and show them how a business runs they could learn so much!
This video shows the genuine relationship brit had with her best friend and their family as a child has paid off now after 30 years of owning their business they got retired by that same friend. Guys be nice to everyone. When britney was 12 there was no indication shed later marry roman who years after their marriage became a multi millionaire and would come back to retire her and her husband by buying their business. The story is be kind to all. You never know it could take 30 years like this. One day you will reap the rewards of your goodness.
Well. We hope so. I work for manufacturing business and ready to start making real money. It’s just a matter of where to start… Better start thinking soon as I live at my parents still…
I invest in cryptocurrency. Trying to plan my haven out of this work force. Everybody should have freedom while making money. It’s a challenge & not easy & definitely not an overnight thing.
With the new car wash and now a laundromat, you could put them under a new business name called Shine More. You could use the yellow round Smile More logo, but make it look like a sun.
Yes. Old washers are the best washers. What a GREAT idea giving the 2 youngest kids a vending machine to operate. Wow. Perfect business building skills for them 2. Amazing
PLEASE START A TREND: have 1 or 2 machines and dryers dedicated for use with fragrance-free products ONLY for those with chemical sensitivities/allergies (no scented soap, no fabric softener, no toxic dryer sheets)!!!!!
I think you should have the parking lot power washed, have the asphalt sealed and have the parking spot lines re-striped. Then have Smile More laundry, put in the center of all the parking spots!!
It's crazy brother 4 days ago I commented on the video that I started my own business. It was a moment to be proud of. Today I see this video and is the day I quit my full time job and went full force on my garage door business let's go!
The best laundromat in my town has a TV that plays movies from the Disney channel, fancy massage chairs to sit in while you wait for the machines to get done, and has a dry cleaner business inside. So you can get ALL your laundry done in 1 place. The machines are controlled with an app and it tells you how many minutes it has left on your machines and you can put money on your "account" via debit or credit card. The machines are MASSIVE! My 6'4" 285lb husband could fit in the dryers! Each machine only takes like 30 minutes! It's clean, bright, and the people who work there are so helpful and kind!
i bet the maintenance is a killer in profits on those laundry dryers. the dexter washing machine does the job no need extra that will take away the profits. the mind of roman is profit. the lady is right don't get rid of them. they're so popular and durable.
@@dj1698 Myself as a customer I rather pay a little more for not having to carry cash on me. I don't even carry a wallet anymore everything is on apple/google pay lol
I'm loving this new series so much. The idea with Cora Kane having their own vending machine is an amazing business lesson. Can't believe how much Knox is talking now and how smart he is. Love the whole family and you're such an amazing father and husband.
You should add a lounge area. A comfy cozy area for customers to relax while they do their laundry. Add a TV or a book/reading corner. You could also make a little office corner for people who have to take work calls or zoom meetings for work.
epoxy or polish the concrete floors, new ceiling tiles, new front desk, new paint on walls, repaint parking curbs and lines, this place will look amazing
You should get those machines that press 1 cent coins (just like the ones they have at Disney world) to both the car wash and the laundry! I bet people would love to get smile more "lucky" coins!!
Best thing I like about truck stop washers and dryers is I can use a debit card instead of coins, maybe add a few with card readers for another pay option.Soo much more convenient! I also love finding laundromats that offer drop off wash and fold on a per lb basis. The best laundromat ive been too was a laundromat beside a car wash beside a convenience store beside a kfc, also free Wi-Fi so the kids can watch or play games on the phone/ tablets. Multiple tvs with different programming, sports, kid shows, daytime tv ect
Congrats on the new business! If you have to room, I’d put in some updated arcade games. Ppl bring their kids with them to wash clothes, and those parents are gonna want their kids entertained to not drive them nuts. Love the selling of the old merch there. And those ladies that work there seem like the sweetest people. And how awesome of an idea that was to let your kids be in charge of the vending machines. Gotta teach’em young.
That parking lot would be a great spot to rent to food trucks! Maybe on days it’s closed, rent the parking lot to food trucks. Or even during operating hours. One or two trucks wouldn’t take up that much space.
This new channel is amazing, brings me back to when I was younger watching your videos everyday after school. I’ve been needing some good motivation lately and this videos bring me that motivation I’ve been needing everyday. Thank you!

You should get in touch with local food truck owners and they can set up in the parking lot! It’s big enough and the area looks popular enough! Great way to bring in business while helping out others! Smile more! ❤❤❤
From going from watching your videos all the time to now seeing the washer/dryers (Speed Queen) I make in the videos. Best washer/dryer built ever. And I’m proud to say there made right in Ripon, Wisconsin. American made and built to last.
Hey Roman I think it be awesome to put a little arcade for the kids when mum/dad wash clothes and for the adults maybe a caffeine station/coffee!!! And thanks for the shoutout. Shoutout for you starting this channel I really feel ima learn so much from you. I use to watch you everyday after school and now I watch you everyday after work. love you your beautiful your one of a kind mate Smilemore!!
Congratulations brother. Happy for your success. Awsome to see you invest in your community. Keep it going. He'll yeah brother! Always watching from North Idaho!
Don't get rid of that classic NFL Blitz Arcade machine, if anything it would be cool to make that place an arcade and just a generally fun place to hang out that happens to be a Laundromat. I mean y'all even have pinball machines you could probably do something with. 😂
You should utilise the car park more by potentially adding food truck/s, not only would it be a free advertising sign, lots of traffic and more quarters in your pocket. Look into it.
I just got ACL reconstructive surgery on Tuesday and these videos are the only things keeping me going. They remind me of the old vlogs which I would watch every single day. These videos are so great and so inspiring that it encourages me to get up and do my day to day things. Just wanted to say these videos are fantastic and I will continue to watch them every day.

Roman and Britt, so cool to see you investing in your town like this! What if you worked out a deal with your local HS sports teams where you washed their uniforms or something each week? And I'd say definitely keep (and maybe add) some more games for when kids come in with their parents... and do "Kane & Kora's Cafe" :)
You should add a little arcade section or an Internet cafe section so people who can’t afford WiFi or something can use it and maybe the vending machines might sell something.
@@ScoobTheKid that's their problem then....go to a library where it's free. or every state offers free phones/tablets to the poor and those on welfare...they need to get their crap together and get a job and quit living off my tax $$
Call it "Laundry Talk." Instead of a podcast, invite RU-vidrs for a casual chat. Set up a cozy spot with espresso or coffee and have them bring their laundry. You can both sit on the counter in a relaxed manner and just talk about life. It's not a podcast; it's a good old-fashioned way to get to know someone, like people used to do while doing laundry. Call it "Laundry Talk." Invite guests like Logan Paul and tell them to bring some laundry. The conversation lasts as long as the laundry cycle. Discuss fun topics like favorite small towns in the US to visit, share positive happenings in their lives, and offer tips for staying positive during tough times. Keep it simple-just a camera, a laundromat, and doing laundry. This format would be much more engaging than a typical podcast. It's informal, matching your usual vlog style, and allows for authentic, natural conversations. So, "Laundry Talk."
So happy for you guys! I don't think replacing the arcade game with a merch display is the best idea... its right next to the exit, and too far from the employees, too easy to snatch and run! Maybe a more popular game... perhaps a pinball machine from Jersey Jacks (I'm sure you know where to find one of those)
Thank you for taking into consideration & helping these ladies as well when it comes to direct deposit & weekly pay!!! A little raise will for sure keep them around & happy! That would be another video i’d like to see!
It would be sooo cool if you had a huge arcade/claw machine section with cellphone chargers. Also an HUGE selection of soda/drinks and snacks for waiting.
So glad I found this channel. Ya'll are the greatest people. Enjoy watching. My friends in Kansas bought a laundromat too. Maybe you could one day put in a Smile More Espresso/coffee in the parking lot.
Honestly, I think if you start a 'Shorts" series where you ask the same question to people using the location that could be pretty cool. "What makes you smile?" could be the question for example, something to think about
The thing I liked most about some of the laundry mats I've been to is the availability to use my debit card with either the chip or tap feature. having that has been so helpful. you don't have to use quarters, don't have to bring in dollars to exchange for quarters. its just so convenient to have a card reader for the machines. definitely look into it.
Idk the logistics on it but you could add a coffee stand inside of the laundry mat people are bound to want coffee you could get an espresso machine and have someone operate it or you could get one of those coffee vending machines
Gotta add a little arcade for super cheap to keep kids entertained. And maybe a little snack bar with tenders, burgers and fries only. Cuz kids get hungry all the time.
You should add a lounge section for when they waiting instead of benches and stuff, I know there’s probably not a ton of room but something like that would be dope or like the massage couches that take money to turn on
I have 2 cousins (different sides of the family) that have tanning businesses. One does probably 95% spray tans, she is master certified and now has her own sunless tanning product line that she created. The other does it all, beds, spray tans, cryotherapy, water massage and I'm not sure what else. His is in Las Vegas and he has lots of celebrities come into his shop, many are wrestlers-because he did some wrestling himself. I think you guys will have much success with your new business venture!! Does it have a back room casino? LOL! Young Sheldon reference.
Huge parking lot, busy street. Get permits for food trucks, and then the outside will make money, too. Just make sure you have enough space for your regulars, and maybe a row of 15min parking spots for the food truck patrons
With technology, you could book the truck and have everyone pre-order for spots the day before, all online. The truck wins, because they know what's coming at them, fast dependable service, and one spot is a minimum of 4 orders per car, or x amount of dollars spent. Food is delivered, they have a predetermined amount of time to eat, and then next wave.
Also, I’ve always wanted to buy a laundromat, because it’s a service that sells itself, but can also sell other things to your customers without having to need salespeople. It’s such a great business model, wishing you guys a great success!
Lottery machines (scratch offs, keno etc), in PA there are some gas stations with slots. Not sure how it works in Ohio, but since people are stuck there, personally I think that's easy money. I'd imagine there's some sort of small games license though.
I love how you ask the employees what they want. so awesome to see someone actually care about there employees wants and needs keep up the work you will own the town soon.
I’ve just started my own business doing stickers and vinyl decals and watching you start these business and to see how some hard work can really pay off and make a difference in the world! Thank you for being awesome and giving me the confidence to take the leap and do it! Smile more :)
We have managed several laundromats for over 8 years. My mother manages them, and my father does maintenance and fixes those Dexter machines. Let me know if you need help lol because you're in for a treat! I am so excited for you guys!!!!
Couole if ideas. Ice box for bags of ice outside. Have local food trucks come and use your parking lot. Great seeing you invest. Your kids will carry this stuff on for decades. Very good ideas.
