My biggest hope for SOD is that it reminds Blizzard of what made this game what it is today. How excited people get over this kind of stuff, GMs showing up and messing with players and whatnot. This never happens in retail. Spend a little money on real human interactions and GMs: gain a million or 2 subs. how is it so hard for boards to understand?

I have a theory, the sword drops and is lootable, there is clearly some sort of quest chain that might open up, or it serves another purpose while in the inventory, it’s time to dig deep yall, it’s definitely there for a reason!!

I tihnk it has been obvious the whole time. He is killable but they didn't expect him to be killed/didnt plan for him to be killed. They quickly added a few items as they knew the streamers would take him down but it wasn't the plan.
