You are Ssoooo lucky to have Roman! Not only can he stay working on the house while you're in the field, but he works as hard as 2 or 3 people!! Great work Roman!!
I started watching when you were cleaning up your home. I stayed because of you, your family and friends. I have learned so much along the way. Thank you for all you do. God bless.
You know. As a small business owner like you I would not be calling it an underground movie theater I would call it a conference room / media center . When it comes to taxes sometimes you need to be creative 😉👍
I honestly don't remember in the years I have been watching your channel that you have had a harvest go as smoothly as this one. Any issues that have cropped up have been relatively small and having a spare semi to rotate in as needed has really allowed you guys to push a really high harvest pace. I guess the other thing that may have the biggest impact on the corn harvest is that you also didn't need to run the dryer so far which would be a huge bottleneck for storage.
AWESOME!!! Seeing all those machines running at the same time blows me away. The waltz of the heavy equipment. I am so impressed with this whole process. Great job!!! Thanks for letting us tag along.
So nice to see Hneiva for a quick visit! I love that she's still like "NO, don't help, I got this!" She's such a rockstar! Also, I love the time-lapse views from the semi on the roads. I spent a day driving across Iowa in the summer of 2010 and really enjoyed the beautiful rolling hills and the lush green crops as far as the eye could see. I live on the prairies in Canada and that landscape makes me happy.
You mean Roman got the frame work done. Terrific harvesting. I hope Roman starts his own videos, it would be a smash with his little adorable helpers. Bog thumbs up everyone
Farming is way more high tech and complex than I ever knew! Roman is pretty darn smart and a great worker! He gets stuff done!✅ - watching from Lake Wales, Florida
Nave is so wonderful. She is a hard worker with a great upbringing. She will be the strength that holds Cole together and the reason he can work through any difficulty. Of course Cole clearly loves his wonderful wife as does his entire family.
And lo, during a time of much struggle and hardship, Roman heard a voice from on high commanding "You Got To Turn It On!". Roman obeyed and behold! His efforts were rewarded! There was much rejoicing! The Book of Cornstar, Chapter 9, verses 17-32, the parable of the foundation.
Hello Cole and family great job at harvesting the corn today. Also looks like Roman is really busy with the framing, for the concrete. Looking forward to the next video.
Cole.... my hubby and I watch you religiously. But we both think we missed something.. Have you ever explained how the corn comes off the cob inside of machine when harvested? We are both perplexed. Look forward to learning how this works. Love the concept you have on building & farming. Especially love that all of you include your families in your videos.💞
Lot's of farm channels have covered this at various times. If you are inclined to really do a deep dive on RU-vids...you can see Nathan of BorderViewFarms(OH/MI border area)...Cole and Brian and Jeff Sonne of SonneFarms(SE S. DAKOTA area)...Bob, Nick and Scott(Leg/Arms nickname) Welker (BigSkyMontana area) of Welker Farms...Dennis, Reese and George Ivers of Ivers Farms(Eastern IL/W. IN area)...and Brad Hausfeld and his dad and brothers and sisters of HausfeldFarms(IN/KY border area) ....all doing mechanical work/maintenance on their combines at various times of the year...and sometimes literally ...inside the grain threshing/seperation(from cob(s))/sorting... innards of the machines for a near encyclopedic lesson on how corn is combined....as well as many/most other aspects of good agriculture stewardship/animal care/raising!
Cole, when we do that, we do that, we drive the combine up to the spill and shovel the mess into the head, the combine will reprocess the shucks from the corn!! yes, we usually do that right by a road so our neighbor can laugh at us!
It's pretty impressive that you have machinery where you simply drive over the corn stocks and as you proceeded forward you end up getting just pure corn kernels exiting the machinery....
You need to rent forms for your foundation pour. You usually get them now and use them for the footers. What he is doing will work but you will need lots of bracing.
I had to laugh at Nave (in a humorous way) when she said she had to use all of her weight to open the door to the truck. Maybe about 95 pounds soaking wet... 😃
🎉I love you guys you are such hard workers and your video editor is awesome too!!! I am totally enjoying all you post! I found your channel because of the construction but you amaze me with all you do!!! And Gods blessings are on you too!!! Thank you!
You need something like a self driving UTV that move itself on a one-way trip between fields or follow another vehicle so people can drive themselves to the next field. An app to see where it is and call it too yourself would be neat. The precision ag GPS would make it a lot easier to program.
That belts burned off, it has not enough surface on motorside pulley to have enough catch on the belt. Can be fixed with extra pulley and longer belts.
Please remove your drawstrings from your hoodies. A farmer lost his life due to the fact that the grain auger caught his drawstrings and pulled him in. Love watching your farm restoration.
Nice video, had one concerne .as a grainhauler for many yrs its not ,somebody forgot to close the trap door...as the driver you are responsible to check:)
Does Ramen have his own channel. I’d love to watch him doing you house. This video he taught me me something I haven’t ever seen until today. Wow can’t believe all the immigrants showing us the belong here when the media says otherwise.
No, I guess getting tired. I pray for my other father to keep you up energy and your family just finished again. That is wonderful right now doing the food is blessing for Harley that what we talking about it that color farming is blessing by God in Jesus amen.
you should extend pit so you can open both vents on trailers for faster unloads almost done harvest - looking forward to the analysis on what is working the best for you based on the numbers and science - consider using foam boards to the footers and you can just leave them in place
It actually is long enough, but there is a problem with the auger that would move the grain from either end to the center of the pit. As a result they park directly over the auger that draws the grain out and only run that one at about 10% capacity, Otherwise stuff breaks. The are suing the contractor who built that system over the issue.
