Constitution and charge the federal government towards enforcing the U.S. Constitution without exception on all States. This can happen in Oregon as well to form The Greater Idaho. The U.S. Supreme Court does have this power under this circumstance. It's proven to exist when the Supreme Court allowed the splitting of Virginia during the time of succession and the first Civil War. To become a State that's apart of the USA it's required to follow the U.S. Constitution. There's already the natural support within those States to split the territory apart into a new State like in Virginia a long time ago.

Every judge who votes to infringe on civil rights should be taken to court on abuse of power and (bare minimum) should be relieved of duty.

It's astounding that people don't organize in response to this tyranny and try to look after each other to protect from these government organizations. State law cannot over ride Federal Law.

State law can and often does supersede federal law within the state's jurisdiction, which is typically solely in intrastate matters, and it's usually that the state law is more restrictive as opposed to less so.

I find it odd that the states haven't been punished in any way for "disobeying" federal law.. it's almost as if it's not an absolute, and that law is far more complicated than some make it out to be.
