No knock warrants definitely have a purpose-just like headlocks do for law enforcement. Qualified immunity, if revoked, would lead to every cop in America never intervening again into any dicey situation and even mundane ones. No cop is going to lift a finger to help you or enforce any of our laws if they feel like the slightest mistake will lead to them losing everything.

If they are going to use no knock entry, they should have camera's that are working. If they don't have working cameras, they should be put in prison for life

Yes he did cause they're able to go to a warehouse look through millions of files (sales records) and find out where a crazy person (mass shooter) purchased their firearm but because it’s not on a computer available at their fingertips in a split second it not a "registry" I call BS any form of record keeping is a registry whether or not it's electronic cause as soon as a person is on their radar they go to that warehouse and start looking to see if that person owns any firearms.

Pretty much. FFLs, upon closing their business, must give all records to (the ATF, I presume). Goes without saying that suppressor records are kept. On a side note, despite old information still out on the web, the FBI keeps any background check records for concealed permits for an indefinite (aka forever) time. Fingerprints as well. All this is rather academic. All the government needs to do to search and seize firearms on your property is pass a law that states ammo purchases are enough “probable cause”. And all those companies - online/offline - are going to hand over that information out of fiduciary duty (fear of losing profit if they don’t comply with the government). No subpoena necessary. People are scared of gun registration - and rightly so. But that’s an old fashioned way governments behaved, right before confiscation. They don’t need registration to know who has the guns. They just need data and some bureaucrat, law, or regulation to take them. And, obviously, the Constitution can’t prevent it from happening, as evidenced by the countless anti-property/gun laws, seizures, and homicidal raids.

In 2021 CT State Police handed me an 'ATF letterhead' printout of every firearm and the S/N's I owned going back over 30 years. What's more amazing than ATF's ability to lie and m*rder with no-knocks, is that Congress has yet to shut the ATF down.

The issue is the ATF believe they're enforcing the NFA, a law that predates the agency by 40 years. There is no "ban" on braces, there's an interpretation that braces are stocks, which are perfectly legal on rifles and Short Barrel Rifles.

Every rule and regulation the ATF comes up with needs challenged by a well qualified gun Smith and shooter, and let's start with a shotgun with an 18" barrel is legal, and a pistol that shoots shotgun shells is legal but nothing in-between is legal, please expand on these rules that make no sense, then let's move to the pistol rifle conundrum where I have a 1911 let's say in 45 ACP, and I have a rifle of the same caliber and the barrel length can't be less than 18" once again, and what crimes are you preventing with weapons with barrel lengths between those numbers? And show your statistics relative to both pistol and 18" barreled rifles...and crimes committed in the say 10" to 17.9875" barrels, who are we protecting exactly?...it's certainly not a concealment issue, the pistol nullifies that argument...

Took 2 1/2 year for them to deny my NFA application for a suppressor. Got a letter saying I “may be a prohibited person”. No more explanation than that. Had to enter an appeal online through the FBI website. All for their permission for me to have a suppressor so I can help protect my livestock from predators. I know that doesn’t compare to them murdering this man, but it’s all tied together. This has to stop.
