Epic explore, would love to have seen this place up and running, best part of Sunday seeing your explores.

So I have been watching a lot of you channel lately & this one got my attention. This hotel was still open back in November 2016 . My missies & I stayed there a couple of times . Really weird seeing this place & you guys walking around it in this state. The part of the building that looked like a building site was being rebuilt after a major fire in that part of the hotel . Keep doing what you do so interesting.

Ed is like a kiddie in a sweet shop with all the exciting things he finds. You never let us down Alex with a climb here and there. What a beautiful place that was but so shocking to see all the things left tha5 could easily be sold on. Really enjoyed that thank you xx

That development screams 1990s! The wooden single pane windows, the yellow walls,blue carpet, wood trim. Hyacinth Bucket would have approved immensely! Great explore and such a shame to see such a big place abandoned like that.

Hi guys I'm watching from New Zealand. That was a good explore. Its not beyond repair. it would cost a lot. Its a wonder no one has taken it on with such a great out door setting.. Its funny watching the people wandering about outside while you are sneaking about inside.

Wow what a place. I've squatted in places as big as that back in the day but not as grand as that. How can it just be left too ruin. It's worth millions. But slowly decaying day by day. Great find and love your channel.

Looks like the ground floor over the lake may have flooded at one point with the water damage up the walls. When you went upstairs the contrast was incredible. Hope they can renovate it as it's in a pretty prime location.

That place was bloody mahoosive wasn't it, seemed to go on forever ! Bet that was a beautiful hotel as reception looked pretty classy. Having breakfast on those little balconies and a glass of wine at night must have been lovely, so peaceful 😍. What a shame its all just going to rack and ruin eh. The place I worked for in 2008 brought the same oven that you see at 29.30 and it cost about £10,000!😮 this might be the start of the spending spree along with the building work that lead them into debt after the recession.

I actually stayed in this hotel in 2012. GroupOn cheap night. It seemed at the time it was a bit desperate for business. There had been hardly anyone there, when we stayed. It wasn’t terrible, but it was very lacking. We actually stayed in circle but of the hotel that sits more on the water. Very cold and there was a smell of damp before it shut down.
