When visiting Schuyler, Virginia we were blessed to get a tour of John & Olivia's Bed & Breakfast. What a fun step back into a wonderful time. Carole Johnson is the owner of John & Olivia's Bed & Breakfast. She took on an amazing project and brought this beautiful story of the Waltons back to life with a beautiful version of the Walton's TV show set. She captured all the details so beautifully. Join along as she takes us on a personal tour. If you ever want to spend time in a peaceful town, please give them a call and book a room.

That brought back so many memories of snuggling up with a cup of tea to watch the Waltons, watching the children grow up was like watching our own children grow. When Granma had her stroke I thought she would be written out. I was so glad when she was not. The fact the story’s were based around a real family and written by one of them made it so much more enjoyable to watch. Thank you both for taking me down memory lane. ❤️🌹

That was a wonderful tour. Thank you so much for taking us on your adventures. I never knew there was a museum and house. Beautiful bed and breakfast. I loved the Waltons, I still watch reruns at noon on my lunch hour.

I will be 63 tomorrow and STILL love watching The Waltons. One of my Christmas presents to myself this past year was an autographed photo signed by Jon Walmsley aka Jason Walton. Of course he resides in England now.

You found a real treasure! I still watch The Walton's every evening and I enjoyed this tour very much. Mayberry, in Mt. Airy NC is another fun experience, just don't go on a Sunday as many of the buildings are closed. The diner was open, and the Southern cooking was great!

as a kid growing up I lived in Lebanon, CT. The old man who was called grandpa (aka Geer) founded the street I grew up on. Their family plot was in a cattle pasture across the street

Being from canada my trip 20 years ago to reno and taking a guided tour on a tin can bus of the area. Was the hylight of my life. I saw the Bonanza TV show set. I brought back so many memories of my childhood. It is so fun to find treasures.

One of my favorite shows, to this day. I've read Mary McDonough's book and that was awesome, too (It's not about Waltons). I've always wanted to go to Schuyler, but now I see that it is not wheelchair friendly. Thanks for sharing this. It's very cool.
