It's always a banger moment when I see 2 of my favorite RU-vidrs getting at those crappie on the same video together.

I have been anxiously been awaiting this meeting now since I had seen the two of you up at your place Cole. I told you then that Caleb was a top-notch crappie fisherman down here and very much respected for not only what he does on the water but what he does with our children…..a teacher, through and through. He is our Slab King! I was so hoping for Jay to come along and for you to meet Hannah as well. She is a sweetheart. FYI….he does catch, clean, and cook too. I hope this is the start of a continued shared fishing adventure between you two…..and Caleb can tell you that I’ve been hitting him up about this day…….Absolutely Fantastic!!!

Fire day for catching crappie! Looked like a great time. Great size to those Crappie. I use this exact summer tactic on most lakes in my area. You definitely got me on the size though. Most of the Crappie I catch are 9-11” . I love to watch a cork go under. Especially when it’s a pole bender 2lb crappie. Y’all gonna be eating good tonight.

Hi Cole. Man that was some good fishing. I'm from New Zealand and its a pity we don't have a good eating native fresh water fish to go catch anymore. The introduction of rainbow and brown trout put an end to that. Don't get me wrong though, I do love catching good sized rainbows to. But it is a shame the native fish have been all but wiped out. Anyway I always enjoy you and Jay hauling in the slabs. Real nice guy you were crappie fishing with. I must check out his chanel. Hope Jay and the 2 Todd's are doing great . Cheers. Keep em coming.

Probably couldn't have asked for a better summer day on the water slaying some crappie. Sure makes for a long day though. Driving all the way there, fishing for almost 8 hours, then the long drive home. Definitely gonna need a day to recover from this one.

Black crappie has black specks all over, white crappie has more like black vertical lines.

Did yall put the bouys out there or is that something the lake provides for fishing. You said you were dropping down to 13 feet, but the bobber looks to be 1 to 2 feet down. What kind of setup is that to let the line drop thru the bobber. have not seen that before. Nice mess of fish yens caught.
