I love that you went to a antique store! Very cool to switch it up for your followers. Also you can find some gems at these places. Loving going myself
I was wondering if anyone was ever going to get out of their comfort zone of shows for deals, lol! I’ve been going into antique stores for finds for almost 30-years. As you have shown it’s best to check sales as some dealers know the value but others will have some great deals. Most all shops have the number to contact the individual booth sellers if you want to make a deal or get a great price so always check! Unless the tag says “firm” you can offer a price. May want to do a Garage Sale Finds in a future video? Great content as always Ryan!!
Mike Doss LEGEND. I’m in Canton so I am a big fan. Best high school player I have ever seen, made unbelievable plays at McKinley and helped bring a National championship to the Bulldogs
Old sports cards are good to find only if they're not junk wax era. I'm sure I can cover all the walls of my home with those cards, they're so mass produced!
Went to an antique show this weekend. One vendor had a bunch of two row shoeboxes of misc cards for $3 each. My best find was a GPK Jumpin Jordan lol...
You talked me into Rudy’s. Next trip across Route 70 I will be stopping. I never have any luck with cards at the Springfield Antique malls. I have decent luck at Traders World and Ceasars Creek flea markets down Route 71 south near Washington Courthouse and Lebanon.
Nice, Heart of Ohio is great....it looked super quiet while you were there. What color is your Jeep....we have a Bikini Pearl! Great content and nice pick ups!
😂 Rudy’s is catering for our wedding next month. Great pulled pork and sides. I walked around in one of those buildings as well and had a hard time finding well priced stuff. A lot of junk with high sticker prices but a couple intriguing things here and there.
Legos are currently the number one collectible when it comes to pure investment, according to Forbes. Maybe you should hit up more of the antique malls/flea markets in Ohio (trust me, they’re all over Ohio lol)
Doss was a beast at OSU. Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Mike Nugent the team MVP on the championship team? That’s crazy for a kicker to win it on an absolutely loaded team
HI I have been watching you for about a year now. I love the shoes. But I need some advice. I started collecting every card I found to the point I now own aproxly 60,000. Yes from 1960s to 2022. More vintage, all sports but soccer. Don't know what I should. About 95% are very clean and alot presiden. And 75% in soft sleeves. I m thinking about selling but dont want to get hurt by it. I thought they could be my security. I'm 77 and husband 79. Right now in NC want to go back Daytona fla. What would be your thoughts?
Bad thing is all the sellers and their mama have a smartphone and know to check the prices on every last thing they have. People think all the junk they have is like gold so they check every last item price on eBay
Nice video man! This was a little different but I liked it. I went to an Antique Mall a few weeks ago and man they can be tough on those prices but I understand they have to pay their share in rent. I’d love to see if you could do a similar video at some Flea Martkets and potentially make some plays.
Love this treasure hunting style, we thrift full time for vintage and rare collectibles and clothing as well as dabble in sports cards. Some amazing pickups bro, keep killing it
If your willing to drive a little lancaster ohio old shoe factory is a antique mall and as soon as u walk in the door there is 2 huge card booths with newer and older cards
I’ve never owned a sports card as I collect Pokémon but I have become addicted to your channel and am now looking to start collecting some basketball cards As always great video and I can see all the cards you brought are more for the kids nights cheap cards for kids
Most of the Antique shops in Springfield will take 10% off if you ask. Some dealers will do more on higher priced items. You just have to ask the front desk.
Seriously man this is your calling Ryan. You should start a antique show where you go to different antique shops and flea markets trying to make some plays lol. Really enjoyed this episode 👌 great job as always
I like that hustle mentality!! Sometimes you have to go off the usual paths and take some chances. If you find other items to flip besides cards then go for it. I enjoyed watching this.
You went to my dad’s booth (OSU v Michigan ticket stub) that’s awesome! Thanks for stopping by. I told him who you expressed interest in so make sure to check back in a few weeks! ☺️
