Anthony is spot on about being worried about his deposit. It doesn't matter what is technically the case. If the person owning the property and the lenders are battling out for the latter to be repaid... deposit can go poof even though it's not supposed to be comingled, and kept separate. Anthony has had lots of other issues recently -- to say the least! But in this situation, if it's as presented in the episode, he has the right instinct to be concerned. And his leasing broker is kinda embarrassed about it. But *must've* known given that he said it was a multi year battle... just didn't disclose it up front. (Suspicious!)
