If you've been following my channel, you know the real unboxing of the Mojosling happened a year ago when it was all just scraps. After a long 2020, this Sling TSi is finally built and ready to fly. Stay tuned in the video as we will cover the Mojosling from the Prop, all the way to the rudder.

Get some cloth seat covers for when you park outside to lower the chance of body burn as black seats get real hot in the sun.

Covers will also do a good preservation job on the lather @ almost no additional weight

Actually I had the canopy burn a hole in my headrest with the canopy bundling the sunlight.

Congratulations Mike. I’m inspired to build one. Several years ago, my family went to see TAF in Torrance. This was before the Sling Tsi came out. We were given a test flight by Jean on the Sling 4. I was impressed by its performance. Now with the Tsi, I’m even more impressed and would like to build one.

You should be able to set up an account with a fuel company. Just like you would for construction equipment. Schedule em to come out(trucks usually have a variety of fuels) and fill you a couple barrels up. Just an idea

dude..I also own a Mk6 GTI and it also my first brand new car. I love it to this day. I am thinking about getting my pilot's license after getting my health under control and watching this video of this plane, I am like...I could rock this plane.

The "Wheel Pants" are known in the UK and South Africa as "Spats" it is a military term and refers to those white protectors that used to be worn around the top of boots in the military to stop stones from getting caught in the boots and also to protect the ankles. Regards from South Africa

Hey, Mike. I'm amazed at the job you've done with the Sling, and it is an absolute beauty! :) One thing I will say is that the layout is SO familiar to me even though I've never been in a Sling. The reason? Aerospatiale/SOCATA TB9 Tampico. The very exact layout of the instrumentation, engine controls, and flap controls. Difference is that the cabin of the Sling is narrower, and the yoke isn't in the way of the switches and lower instruments. So jelly! :D Enjoy the many flights you will have with the plane, and always keep the blue side up, brother!

Very nice. I’m an RC Pilot not a full size flyer. Enjoy seeing your journey. Have fun! I love my RC Planes and have flown a full size Xtra 330 once. It was a blast, my oldest Daughter purchased a 2 hour flight experience with a local group, Gauntlet Warbirds! I got to choose from a few different planes. When I saw the Xtra I knew that was the one I wanted! I have flown the RC Version of that plane and I knew it was a Hot Rod so I had to pick it. The full span ailerons rolled really fast!! The take off was like being in a fast 1/4 mile funny car!!!! WOW! It was fast!! After we got up a few feet the pilot turned over the sticks to me!!! What a crazy experience. Pulling all those G’s really beat me up. But I didn’t get sick!!🤮😉

As a pilot/ builder/ owner you should know the numbers of this airplane by heart. Exact fuel limits, exact baggage compartment limits... not guessing. The stick limited by a seat occupant is not a good thing, it means that in turbulence or anything you will not have full control over the aircraft.

Agree 100% flexairz. Know your plane! Also, the flight control limits are established during design and testing and *may* be required to maintain control of the airplane during certain flight regimes, which you may not have flown into (yet). Limiting the design stick travel on purpose with your body parts or seat and claiming it is safer because you are limiting the control deflection is bunk. You may need that extra deflection one dark and stormy night. There is a reason we do flight control checks before takeoff to make sure all controls are free and correct thru the FULL range of motion. I verify that in my Cessna Cardinal and the Boeing 777 I fly before takeoff, every time. Beautiful plane and thanks for the overview!
