I originally booked regular king room with strip view with my MGM rewards offer. Completely Free of course. But we got a Free upgrade at the check in to Sky Suites at Aria, typically $2000 per night penthouse suite. It includes access to their lounge and pool. Beautiful room with crazy amenities. Didn't even realize the shower doubles as a steam room until the second day!!

Never mind I should have been more patient and waited to ask after I watched the entire video. 😂. Aria always has issues so I was curious how you got upgrade but I see it’s similar to my own experience there.

Did you send a separate email or did you fill out the survey that was sent after your stay? Also, Are you “Noir” or “Platinum”?

@@alyonapetrova694 I sent a separate email to an address I found on their website. I didn't receive a survey after my stays. I am on gold level and that is only because I play poker, not from slots/table games.
