You two might want to take some basic cooking classes or watch RU-vid videos on how to cut vegetables. Some quality knives would help. I worry about your fingers! Classes are a fun date night activity!

Hi Kyle, In California, the aisles in a grocery store have signs at the end of the aisles, showing what is in the aisle. Had you knowen about the signs at the end of aisles, you would have had an easier time finding what you needed. Just an FYI, for the next time you do the grocery shopping. Take Care 😊

You start off by saying you want to cook her dinner yet she pretty much did everything. Can’t even cut an onion in half. Why not actually my make the meal and as soon as she comes in it’s ready regardless of how good it is. That would impress her instead of making her cook after working all day. Less PlayStation and more time being an adult.

Great video. Only one suggestion. Use thetopside of the knife to scrape the veggies into the pot. The cutting side could scrape plastic cutting board shavings into the pot.

That juice you speak of was grease from the ground meat. Kyle, you had the right idea to use another pan to cook the meat then you could of drained the grease off and added the meat to the vegetables.

You guys are great for wanting to cook together but please consider a knife skills cooking class! It’s fun and you’ll learn how to use those knives properly. Do they have Sur La Table down there? If so you guys should sign up for one of their cooking classes, they are so much fun for date nights and you can learn a lot! They also have a knife skills class, which is really good, and could help prevent the anxiety we had watching you cut that onion, we were really worried over here about your fingers!
