In today's video, we wanted to head back to Roberto's Ristorante & Pizzeria in The Villages, Florida. We hadn’t been in a little while and since it’s one of our favorite restaurants in The Villages, FL, we wanted to try some new items and see Roberto and his staff. We finally decided to try the Tour of Italy! It has been one of the most suggested things for us to try so we got it and loved it! Roberto also had a ribeye special and so we got that. No joke, it was literally one of the best steaks we have ever had. The whole family said the steak was stinkin’ good! Roberto surprised us with some amazing dessert and it was fantastic! One of the best parts of the night was getting to chat with Roberto and talk to everyone in the restaurant. We have yet to have a bad experience at Roberto’s and that is why it is a must try restaurant in The Villages, Florida!

In 2019 we did our Villages Lifestyle visit. At the end of our trip, we were hungry and just driving around and saw Robertos and stopped for lunch. It started with salads and the garlic knots. We were in garlic knot heaven! 😂. So we found Robertos by accident, before we moved here. Now we have been here 4 years and Robertos is still our favorite restaurant!

Definitely a target if we feel like fighting the 301 traffic from the south. BTW I just noticed your tattoo- nice. Southwest Missouri-the Buckle of the Bible Belt for sure. Our go-to Italian down here is Donato’s in North Port. Very similar to Roberto’s

Try Terry's Place Grill and Bar in Ocala if you want the best Ribeye steak in Marion County they now have deserts just ask when your ready for desert what they have for the day I try to go there before 5 they don't take reservations and are very busy

Love Roberto’s. We live very close and that is dangerous for me!! Try Mezza Luna at Colony Plaza (just down 466A). They have good Italian food too.

You LOVE Roberto's! We always stop in whenever we're in TV. Tour of Italy is a solid choice. I like to get cannoli or tiramisu for dessert. I also like to order Veal Marsala or Chicken Piccata for dinner. We may be going out for Italian tonight, tbd. Possibly Chinese takeout, the weather is rainy. Saltimbocca is VERY good, hope your mom loved it! I really like a nice toasted crusty Italian bread. Tour of Italy is what we usually order at Olive Garden. Ribeye is our favorite steak, we like it done medium. Now i'm SO JEALOUS because I want Roberto's also! LOL The seem to really appreciate you guys and treat you like celebrities at Roberto's. Your on their FB page, currently.

Went there for lunch a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday, after your recommendation . I was extremely disappointed with my veal Parmesan sub. Normally, that would be my all time favorite sandwich, and hard to find, most places offering chicken parm. Problem for me was they chopped up the veal cutlet. I was expecting a veal patty. I’ll have to see if they’ll make it with the whole veal patty, or wouldn’t order or recommend it at all. My wife’s chicken parm sandwich was also chopped meat. She was so disappointed, she has no desire to ever go back! 🤮

Whenever you go to an Italian restaurant, and they have a veal parm sandwich on the menu, I strongly suggest trying one. Just make sure they don’t chop the veal patty!

Thanks for the info! If you are up to it, we would highly recommend going back and trying pasta or pizza. If not, no worries. But thanks for sharing!
