Hello - how lovely to see normal folk doing normal things. I too always take everything with me to keep us two going. I have treated myself to a vacuum sealer and as well as freezing lots down for each evening meal I have also vacuumed sealed a couple of meals that are in foil containers. Some of it, because as you know the ice box isnt very big will like yours defrost slowly over days in the fridge and as already cooked it will be fine. Thank you for the video.

Thank you Bernadette. We found the vacuum packs are just like large ice packs. It worked fine in our large icebox. Nearly all week, where are you going if you don’t mind me asking 😍🥰😘👍

Ahoy, captain Graham and first mate Wendy. It looks as if you're both enjoying yourselves. All of your amenities look good, you've got everything you need except your air fryers. It's funny how you get used to using them. They make a lot less mess than a frying pan. Your fry up looked lovely especially the fried eggs. It was handy bringing some food with you. The stew looked good, i've used the packet dumpling mix before they're ok. It was the famous five and the secret seven because i used to like reading them when i was a child. I still love to read and can spend hour's doing so. I'm a bit behind on your videos i had an accident last Thursday, i fell up the stairs, i was carrying John's meal upstairs and with having both hands full i fell on my stomach and ribs, i also bruised my leg and twisted my ankle really badly. It's still really bad after a week.

Sandra Sandra Sandra. Look after yourself. I thought you fell on the stairs before not long ago. I have to use the banister rail with on hand as my knee sometimes lets me down. Please be careful as ribs take a long time to heal. Wendy said it was nice cooking the old way until we had to clean up. 😂😂😂😂😍🥰❤️😘

Hi Graham, yes it's not long since the last time i fell up the stairs, but this time was worse as i had my hands full. I was in agony that i was crying. My leg is badly bruised and my belly hurts more than my ribs. I've got a bandage on my ankle, it's black and blue all round. I'm pleased i only sprained one ankle. I think what made it worse was i still had to look after John so i had to walk on it. My sister came yesterday to help but she's not in the best of health, plus she's 80 yrs old. I'm just trying to test it when i can. I am going to be more careful in the future

@@SandraDent-lf4xy hi Sandra, I thought I was right about you falling but I sometimes get my lady’s mixed up.😂😂😂😂 that sounds good doesn’t it. Take it easy when you can mi duck and keep in touch. You need a stair lift not an air fryer. Maybe a butler would be nice and helpful. If only life was that easy. 😍🥰❤️😘

Hi Rose, we had home made frozen food almost the whole week, freezing the stew in the vacuum bag made it one large cool pack. We froze milk pies and almost anything until the freezer box was full 😍🥰❤️😘hi Phillip 👋👋👋👋👍

Those properties passed in this clip are nothing more than wooden sheds. Cold as charity or hot as an oven. Cost a fortune to buy and they are not freehold.
