Yep getting a house is better than rent so once u can .do it..just that people don't like looking after stuff themselves they want to go let apartment to do it
And yes y’all right living in a house is not an asset it’s a liability when u buy it and rent it out and your tenants paying your mortgage and still putting a few hundreds in your pocket then that will make it an asset
Almost every house is double now in every country since 2020 so it good to sell now but it not good to buy now… when the market popped in the next few months is gonna be good to buy

Good move. Bought a precon condo in Vaughan in 2016 taught the price was so high then sold 2021 💰 🤑 💸. Bought a townhouse in Vaughan again and bought condo in Calgary too. I love this new content.
Never invest your money with the bank! You barely get any interest and they use your money to invest for other purposes. Check with external companies, buy stocks/shares in large companies like Apple, Tesla, airlines etc. Wealth Simple is also a great tool to use but please speak with a financial adviser first.
