Potato and cheese is a mate made in Heaven. For smoko some times I just zap a spud for 5mins in the microwave and slap on some cheese. Fast and cheap also tasty. I do carrots as well they turn out tasty. Pop carrots in the deep fryer and carrot chips are great.

Enjoyed that one for something different! The loaded masala chips looked yummy🤤. The cheese corndog reminds me of something you'd find at the state shows/fairs, they have a lot of deep fried cheese on a stick type of thing. Ok, we gotta get you and Charlie to take on the Aussie classic - HSP while here. Go to any good kebab shop (especially Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane but I pretty sure all states do them). A HSP (Halal snack pack) is basically a box with chips with chicken salt, topped with melted cheese, then various shaved grilled kebabs meats on top of that, then sometimes more cheese, then lastly what they call the holy trinity of sauces on top. (Barbecue sauce, Garlic saucd, and Chilli sauce).
