Are you able to do trades of labor for the use of some of your assets such as a free rv spots or mobile home space & use of a mobile home at no charge- it means someone gets rent free living in trade for hours of work for you- you just want to make sure it is a fair trade
😅 it actually comes I super handy for a couple places in between campers. Because it’s so light weight, you can lift it out of the back of our UTV Mule really easily. We mow 99% of everything with a zero turn. But couple places that battery push mower is handy.
My Question is why buy more Properties instead of keeping a 1 or 2, Expand on them and make more money with those 2. The more Properties y’all purchase, the More money you will have too layout and the more money y’all will lose. Now if you stick to 2 Properties y’all can Expand on them make more money, have way less Overhead and way less Headaches. Think about it say you buy 6 Properties you are going to have to hire a lot more people, you will be spending a lot more on Maintenance and upkeep and y’all are going to run y’all selves ragged trying to manage so many properties and the staff you employ.
