All someone needs to do to prove this is fake is confess to Mike and he'll let you know it's fake because it's scripted and nobody's really stalking him of course you'll also find out if it's real I encourage anyone who doesn't take this seriously to write a fake confession to Mike preferably on Twitter
4:59 This exact thing happened to me, I was being stalked by my ex girlfriend and she was taking pictures through my door's window, sending me letters in the post, send me pictures of myself when I'm in town or worse when I'm at home and call me but not say anything. I was terrified to leave my own home and I didn't feel safe in my house, curtains and blinds had to be closed, I'd double lock doors and dogs would be on guard. Being stalked is scary and it's not something to joke about with.

Even if it were real, the police wouldn't do anything anyway. Something needs to actually happen before they do anything. The person would have to actually be in the house and harming them before the police do something. Tina (Michael's mom Tina) even pointed this out in the I Must Destroy All videos. And that's how it is here too in Michigan. My family has called the police a few times and they wouldn't do anything because nothing was actually happening at the time we called. They won't take action on "preparation" or "be ready" phone calls. It needs to actually be happening.

Regardless if this is fake or not. You should never have it always "unlocked". Because that's how accidents happen. And clearly shows you did not take or research anything about owning or properly handling said piece. This is not hate by any stretch this is something that is very serious and should always be treated as such.
