A piece about my realisation that I'm basically constantly exposing myself to visual and aural stimulus. I felt like I wasn't hearing my own thoughts anymore.
I think sometimes this "phone bad" message can be a bit of a cliche, often ignoring all the positives of these devices, so I made sure that the feelings and ideas expressed here were all derived from my own personal experience, not just admonishing the kids for using them instachats and snaptoks. I felt okay working on this idea because I knew I had a personal angle and unique way of expressing it.
