Music legend A R Rahman says that we haven't worked on nurturing all forms of music education in India and that has been a great setback. He adds that he has started his own music college in Chennai where students can choose to practice any form of music. (Audio in Hindi)

He can speak Hindi in songs only when he is given a written lyrics & can understand Hindi only. Btw, he is the most humble & down to earth person who have represented & spoken his mother language(Tamil) in the Oscars as well. It is not rare that an Indian can't speak Hindi. I'm shocked that you don't know that *"All the Indians are not Hindi speaking".* Most of them are Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam ,etc speaking. Being a Pakistani, I know more than you.

But it's really disheartening to see the comment section because people are arguing with each other about south and north and tag them that you are communist or hindu hater or converti.
