WOW! Same thing happened to me. I was 440 lbs. I got gastric sleeve surgery lost 100 lbs. then gained it back and then some. weighed 495 lbs. Started DDP yoga and intermittent fasting and eating right. back down to 400. Just started so hopefully I will duplicate what she did as well

I mean, she was beautiful when she started. Weight doesn't make you ugly, it just weighs you down and stops you from being your true self. I love how she radiates and shines in her new form. What a strong and beautiful woman 💛

Watching all of these transformation videos has inspired me. I ordered all of the DVDs last night and got set up on the app and this morning I started my journey with my first ddp yoga workout. I can't wait to see the results.

sweetie im on a weight loss journey im 59 i push myself i have a goal top in my cupboard so when i lose weight its gonna be loose on me thats what i did i started walking for 10 mins when i started mine it nearly killed me i pushed myself for 20 mins next 2 months now since losing a bit of weight im doing 35 mins 5 days a wk im starting to feel great eating right ive cut bread rice anything flour based pasta sweets sodas and im starting to feel heaps better you look great there is no in my books there is a yes you can do it congrats sweetie u look amazing God bless 😊

If you see this video and are unable to get to where she is, you aren't alone (gentle hug). It's not only diet and exercise, but finances and support that helps someone who gets this big lose weight. I watch these videos and feel the surge of "I can do this too!" and am so happy for these individuals, but somehow I always come back...heavier than before because I can't keep up the lifestyle. Idk.
