This looks too complex for my wife which is my indication for mass market. Any time I see multiple cards with lots of words, I'd be moving it to the gateway plus to medium range. It does look interesting though.
Looks ok. Not sure it warrants a buy. There are tons of tile/tetris games out there. If time passes and it turns out to be the best one then maybe I’ll get it.
I think the name (and maybe the theme) is a complete miss for the mass market audience that they are going for. No one has ever heard of Reterra and "Life in Reterra" does not have any kind of association. It does not indicate what the game is about. You could say the same for "Catan", but it took DECADES for that game to reach the mass market based on hobbiests trying to get the game played with their friends.
