Leslie Neilson used to be a "serious" actor - then he did "airplane" which changed his acting career forever

Leslie Nielson started his career as a serious actor, playing everything from heroes to heavies. As happens to many actors, as he got older his career started slowing down. Then he did Airplane, and he was suddenly a comedy star. From then on he had a whole new career in comedy.

A rain check means if something you want to buy at a store is on sale and is sold out, when the store get some more you can get it at the price when it was on sale instead of paying full price which is most likely to be that way when they get more products in the store...it also means doing something with someone at a later date if you're not able to at that time, you say "I'll take a rain check".

In May of 2024, that, "He can't die!" about O.J. hits different. I mean, seeing O.J. in this movie after the court case has always hit differently than originally intended, but now it's differenter. It's differenception.
