Ro make sure you take iron either eat,drink and take iron suplement because baby can make you anemic and drink a lot so you don't dehydrated. eat a lot of green they good source of iron. now you need blood for 2 you and the baby. other than that if you have energy do whatever you feel like doing. when I'm pregnant after the fist 3 month I'm like a normal person doing anything.

That is a wicked cloud over Lilongwe. The other wazungu take the pressure of you. There is a big difference between old and new wealth, the house of your hosts is nice and rich. When I see a plate of food for Marwa in Malawi, I simply laugh😂😂. Lilongwe is beautiful. Not easy to climb with one hand

I just love the efforts you make for your videos to have a bit of a different tone than that of Marwa's so at least me I don't feel like I'm watching a similar content. This way I can watch both of your different perspectives of the same country(ies). The only two cities I know of Malawi are Lilongwe and Blantyre because of school (I've seen other places you've been to in Malawi) and I wish I could've seen how Blantyre looks like through yours and Marwa's videos, but I totally get it that your itinerary is different. The greenery of Lilongwe makes me wanna live there. It is not said enough: Your hosts Virginia and Axle are the best! How generous of them to have hosted you with so much grace and humility. The second family is also very lovely with their faith in God and the nice advice they gave. The visit at the mausoleum with Morgan the guide then with James were informative. I did enjoy that part indeed about Malawi's history. Stay both safe in your travels.
