Since I was a kid I always told myself “this isn’t real”. It felt like I was on a giant stage, or fake glasses on. I kept asking my family to take these fake glasses off of me lol . Same! As a child, I remember I was always asking my dad "are we on TV?" & of course he would say No..but I distinctly remember having a weird feeling that the reality I was experiencing was not completely real but I couldn't verbalize it bc I was only a child

When i told this to my therapist she called it Derealization/Depersonalization that were symptoms of OCD, CPTSD, and my autism. However, I've had this feeling for a while since spiritually awakening. The only thing that helps are grounding techniques and surrendering to the human experience.
While I do think that people with these issues DO need to be a little extra careful with these beliefs (we can become extremely ungrounded) they can be helpful. Also, I don’t share spiritual beliefs with secular therapist. They tend to dismiss most spiritual concepts as a coping mechanism.

internalize a positive voice, a positive outlook, positive reactions to the 3D, positive affirmations(thoughts and prayers) when you notice the negativity and sadness getting louder inside, accept it and try to understand where it comes from, most negative thinking is not yours anyway, its someone else’s voice you internalized as truth. also clean diet is the biggest big game charger for me.
really interesting, i always felt like i was living in a movie type setting since i was a kid, like i am being watched especially during times where im alone and think no one can see me, so i would act accordingly with the thought in mind im being judged for my actions
When i was a kid i opened a book and the pages was blank . I was confused and out of no where , my mother came and asked me what's wrong ? ( how did she know something was wrong ) i tell her the pages are blank , she told me i was tired and just go to bed .as a good kid i did and the next day i ran to the book, it was normal agian . My mother had no clue what i was talking about . As an adult i feel they sent someone i would be most comfortable with in a time of panic . ( did i witness a mandela effect? ) this bothered me my entire life , way before all the other wierd events that happened after . I had to get to the bottom of this and i did ❤
