Thank you for taking the time to make this video - as someone else observing lockdown in the UK it’s both reassuring to see others taking it seriously too, and awesome that you found the motivation to produce quality content to keep everyone else going.

Interesting point Lucy makes about winter training for IMWC in February. I wonder how many more will use indoor training for heat prep....BIG difference in a European winter and Kona, HI in February....Super sweet video, though...motivation to train has increased after watching it!

I was wondering if you could give me some training advice. I'm a 16 year old rower but wanting to improve my overall fitness and aerobic capacity and endurance. I have a rowing machine and turbo trainer and a heart rate meter. So I was wondering if you could recommend me anything to improve my rowing and general fitness and inevitably help me to get the fitness to try and compete in triathlons.
Heathy individuals locking down. Sorry, but I never sent my kids who were not sick into lockdown, only the sick ones went to their bedrooms. People being so complicit to government is such an eye opener and sad. It’s like visiting the 1930’s living in Germany. Imagine they didn’t resist too much either. We need to all be more like socrates and question everything, especially government. Enjoys the video’s though..
