The way Adrian delt with Alex about the grand comp deal was completely professional and well said, and was able to teach Alex a lesson while he was at it, well done Adrian respect man
He told him straight and logically identified where it went wrong. Also good of Adrian that he admitted he once made a big mistake. Main thing is to learn well from this lesson.
Chris and Nick are some solid additions. Some quick learners. Really love that y’all were not turned away by his lack of experience, and it’s cool to see him learn from no prior knowledge.
Plenty of lessons to be learnt here not only from Alex but from Adrian and Anna who taught us how to handle problems at hand and keep cool - even if it's in front of camera. I really appreciate this.
This is just awful, and that is a lot of money regardless of your status. You put your trust in people and some of them just flat-out let you down. It's just a sad fact of human nature, but we learn from each event. It's not the knocks a company takes which defines it; it's the way that company responds and comes back from those knocks that is most telling. You guys do the right thing at each turn and it's both impressive and inspirational. Another great video, keep them coming!
Super solid professional conflict management. I like that he takes responsibility as Alex's leader. "How did this happen on my watch." But now it's his responsibility to turn Alex into someone more productive as well. Good stuff
My first watch vlog was timepiece gentlemen but after watching your vlog ive not only learnt more ,but i was pleasently entertained . Your a much better vlog and the top of the food chain i see , but you deserve that position. Im never going to own watches like that but i really love everything about your buisness.
this channel is addictive. i quit selling luxury watches due to a lot of stress because of the slow market in central florida, but now i just realized that the majority of my stress came from unorganized work places and bossy bosses. god bless you guys and wish more health, success and prosperity.
CHRIS, big ups brother. You’ve taken the bull by the horns and you’re making a better life for you and your family. Onwards and upwards 💪🏽 all the best from South Africa 🇿🇦
I have huge respect for the new guy, made sacrifices to join the team and starting basically as raw as they come but you know you have a good guy who is willing to leave his old job and move away from home to learn the watch trade which is not a easy thing to do, i wish him well on his journey and wish him success, big love from across the pond 🇬🇧♥️
Chris is the man! Love to see a fellow RR discord member doing so well, awesome to see. Also great idea learning the watches teaching us, I'll be there.
It was beautiful watching how he gets so high strung on watch deals; then we it comes to his employee he treats them like he is family. That transition is a real boss a move
Pretty cool to see the Casioak on the watchstand, on Romans desk!👏🏻 He had the blue one….. Very cool! Thanks again for a interesting episode! A new episode is always the highlight of my week, for us watchlovers out here!👍🏻😎
Tough break for the team on the hit. Hopefully you guys get a hold of him and sort it out -- hope there's updates in the next episode(s), as it makes a great narrative. I gather then that the AP Grand Complication has in fact not sold, then? Been really hard finding a buyer for that one.
You guys are great, even with a sour experience, which I hope isn’t over and I’m praying t gets resolved. Congrats to the principle ( who I voted for) for winning, a great teach can have a positive influence on children.. Also congrats on the 100K Happy holidays to the LB team Xx
Keep your head up Alex. Life and business is full of pitfalls. Don't look at it negatively.... Instead look at it as a learning lesson which is going to make you a much better salesman and business man. It's called paying your dues. One love 👍🙏
I hate to hear of scammers taking advantage of honest earning individuals. I hope you guys continue to succeed and Congrats on 100k Subs! Always enjoy watching you fellas! Great content as usual
Good episode and about good and bad side of business. Soon part 2 about this scam. How this problem is solved. Becaus internet is big and People cannot hide any more.
Great Choice on the Rolex winner--- a great principal nominated by one of her staff deserves a watch that otherwise they might not ever be able to afford-- kudos to all teachers, support staff, and administrators the last two years... you've been amazing!! Great choice on winner guys!!
Don’t beat yourself up too badly Alex, good to recognize your mistakes but you’re gonna move on and make deals that are 10x the size. Keep it up, rooting for all the luxury bazaar folks ✊
I hope alex doesn’t dwell on this mistake he’s a good person and shit happens I kno from experience I’ve learned this the hard way and at the end it made me a stronger person … tell him to keep his head up there’s a good lesson to be learned from this and he will come out stronger… much love from Miami
OMG! Alex sweetheart this can happen to the BEST of the BEST (which is what you are)! The key was you learned from it and became even better at what you do. Big ass success comes with some of this kind of shit…it means you’re doing it right. Most people don’t lose $160k on a deal because they aren’t selling millions of dollars each month! You took the issue seriously, your learned a lot, and now are an even bigger bad ass than you were before.
@@DzoanDuong not sure if their insurance covers it but even if it does, it’s a huge headache and could take serverak months to years to resolve this issue or get a cheque from your insurance.
@@gerk7238 no it’s not. You guys always think insurance covers everything. This is not alway the case and multiple claims I have dealt with don’t favor shipped pieces internationally.
