We Love Felixstowe! - Take a wander along the promenade and back into town

I popped over to Felixstowe on 1st July, and had a very pleasant wander along the beach path, and around the amazing Containers converted into some very diverse shops. Surely this is the top of innovation for small businesses and it certainly was buzzing life. This was diametrically opposite to the evening time along Hamilton Road.
Knowing that Felixstowe has had a BID (Business Improvement District) forced upon them during lockdown 2020, there is no evidence to show they have done anything to help the businesses in the past 3 years. Having taken money from the businesses, apparently about £360,000 one wonders where that money has been spent. Salaries for people no doubt, who rarely leave their offices and even more rarely actually visit the businesses who are forced to pay them this "BID Tax" because that is exactly what it is. Their BID is called Love Felixstowe, but you really don't need a BID to love a town!
