The hot liquid candy is poured (oh boy, its heavy) onto the cooling table. While it's cooling, the coloring liquid is added. The coloring is cool and the liquid candy is hot, that's why it sizzles. Then once its cooled off even more, we cut the candy into pieces that are separated by color and begin to massage the different blobs. We take those colorful pieces of candy to the other table, the heated table. The heated table allows us to shape the candy so that we can make our designs, but if we take too long, the candy will crystalize!! Crystalized candy is terrible. That means its ruined!
