I Survived 100 Days in Chunklock Hardcore! You made me do this!
I Created Minecraft Chunklock with my friend ‪@Quillbee‬. Today, I'm going to try to survive 100 days, beat a Bastion, the Dragon, and the Wither. Let's see if I survive!

8:44 diamond veins usually have less when exposed to air. Strip mining and water caves will yield more diamonds per vein!

I looked through the code and it's actually possible! When unlocking a chunk, we check to see if an item was thrown by anything, not just a player. So the chunk's unlock was attributed to the Dolphin since it was carrying the item through the chunk. Though the name didn't render in the chat because we assume the unlocker is a player. Insane!

To answer the diamond question (which i already assume has been answered): Diamonds have a higher chance to spawn in veins of 1-2 when exposed to air blocks, which is why people still use strip mining methods.
