Taking inspiration from Tiktok and Instagram, Sarah and I decided to use the Cheeto Powder Packets from the Cheetos Mac and Cheese box and attempt to make keto-friendly regular and hot Cheetos! We like to have fun on this channel trying new things and bringing you guys along for the ride. I know people are going to ask about the carb count on the cheese packets: The box says 45 carbs for the pasta, if you look up carbs in elbow pasta it’s the same (45 net carbs), which means the packet is negligible, you only use a tiny bit and there’s no added sugar in the powder. It’s basically dehydrated cheese and spices. This is an educated guess.
For the "original" Cheeto dupes:
cut sharp cheddar into matchsticks, dry on a pan or plate for at least 24 hours. Bake at 405 degrees for about 5 minutes, drain on paper towels. Toss in a bag with a seasoning of your choice!
