Ingredient List for the Sponge Cake - hopefully it's helpful (et me know if you want me to delete, guys!) 550g Plain Flour 350g Golden Caster Sugar 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda pinch of salt 400ml Plant Milk 150m l Olive Oil 3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

I’m from valencia and I’ll say (even though my friends would say this is an abomination, since they all eat meat) this is way way better than any ‘paella’ recipe cause everyone out of spain things paella has peas or prawns or mixes fish and meat and NO WAY, so thanks so much for this!!

Pero la paella española también lleva carnes varias (pollo, conejo, cerdo...). Entonces a esa paella le hubiese puesto yo algo de seitan y soja texturizada para que también parezca que lleva varias carnes.

Hi guys, I have to make some vegan cupcakes this weekend. Do you think this recipe Will work for cupcakes rather than a cake? Also, would rapeseed oil work instead of olive oil. And would self raising flour work with less baking powder. I'd appreciate your input. Thank you. You guys are great. I've even managed to get my hubby to eat vegan with your great recipes
