We make the largest barbell weight prop so our son can be the biggest strongman in the world. Afterwards we get jacked training for our deadlift competition.

We start off by sharing where we get some of our foam in Burbank California near the Back To The Future Burger King filming location. We show how we create and faux paint this heavy lifting prop idea. The powerlifting weights are made of Styrofoam and the lifting bar is an old metal conduit pipe that we bent slightly to help sell just how heavy this thing really is. This faux vintage weight is unbranded and perfect for any carnival or circus big top party photo op prop or Halloween decoration. We do some weight training with the new prop with help from our very own Circus Strongman Poster Child Heavy Weight "HERCULES HARRISON" the boy who won World's Strongest Man in 2022 lifting one ton of fake DIY weights of course. Now all he needs is an inflatable barbell kids fitness exercise dumbbell photo props Strongman costume with air muscles. We are super excited how this vintage barbell prop turned out and now its ready for the Winchester Mystery House Circus Strong Man Weight Lifter fun pick area. If you enjoyed this be sure to check out our creepy carnival ringmaster platform video. Now back to my chest workout.

Thanks for all the tips and how to’s. We are here to…. PUMP YOU UP!!! I remember watching it when it aired live… That was awesome. That made my day! Looks like y’all are having the best of times! Besides living it, the best part is having it recorded. Wish I had videos of days like those gone by. Thanks for sharing!

Harrison is getting so strong... How cute! LOL But honestly that's the only way I'd be able to lift anything if it's made from foam... yeah... that helps a lot... LOL

I am jealous. You guys can just head to a specialty store and get what you need. Here it just doesn't happen!

If I were given this job, it wouldn't have occurred to me to use Styrofoam balls-but I live in Cleveland, so there aren't any Foam Marts around. I think I would have used a couple of blow up exercise balls, but attaching them to the bar would have been the tricky part. Perhaps I would have used a strap around the ball?- covering with fiberglass is awesome, but I have never done anything with that. Thanks for the info- round spheres seem to come up alot in my Halloween decorating, so it's always nice to have ideas in the toolbox.

Thank you Jeff funny you mentioned exercise balls cause we have tried those. Couple issues we had were that they were to large for this project. When I blew them up they were at least 27" wide but the big issue is they would swell up in the heat and shrink in the night. They also were not good round spheres they often end up being more of an off egg shape sometimes. I guess it just depends how nice you need it. They are great for cauldrons which we are in the process of making a couple with them. I know amazon and Hobby Lobby has sizes up to 12" and then you could always order the larger ones from foam suppliers but I'm not sure the expense would be worth it for certain home projects. Thanks for the great suggestion.

One of the things I miss about living in LA County is that almost no matter what you want there is a store that specifically specializes in that item, has a huge stock on site and usually expert staff to help you out. Fun video, it's always fun to watch Chris and Harrison hamming it up together.

Curious ... still, where do you find your fiberglass? Does it come in those small sheets? And what are you using to adhere it to the ball? Thanks!!

Greetings. Wanting to make one of these barbell props. I assume you could use a solid 18" foam ball? If so, would you simply drill a hole, and if so, what would you suggest using to glue or fasten the bar into place? Thanks!

Actually meant 28".

I'd use a can of spray foam like Great Stuff or something. Then you could just clean it up after it cures.

Want to know how much it weighs? Step onto a scale by yourself, record that weight. Then step onto the scale holding the bar bell.

I don't have it anymore, but I'm guessing it's somewhere between 15-20 pounds
