I have been struggeling with really bad mental health for about 25 years now.... And it’s absolutley nothing wrong with asking for help from time to time. But remember, a cup of coffee and spending some time with a friend and talk about how you are feeling can make a huge difference. It can actually save your life. ❤️ ( Yes, thats’s my own experience, multiple times...)

I know it is a proud day for a father when his children help him with what ever task needs to be done. I have my own proud days. One is when I was to be helping my 30+ year old son cut up some trees. I jerked a muscle while trying to start my saw. He started it for me, then put me to work.

Zach, you've hit home on the mental health section. I have been seeing a therapist for the past two years and I can honestly say that it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Anyone who is battling mental health issues should know that they don't have to battle alone. There is help available and NO ONE should be ashamed to reach out to a therapist. Thank you for bringing this issue to the forefront!

I have been a police/fire chaplain and have been on too many suicides over the years. Thanks for another great video Zach and Becky and Onyx. It was interesting and enjoyable. Lots of maintenance items getting ready for spring and getting equipment ready for spring field work. Always takes longer than we think with interruptions from this and that. Oh well. Thanks to onyx for pitching in with things around the shop. Nice to have an extra set of hands for this and that. Good helper there. Rock picker time. Seems kind of different running one of those. We normally don’t run them here in Iowa. We never did have one. (Central Iowa). Its nice that he mentioned the mental health of farmers. In the UK there was a big push to highlight mental health last year where the youtube farmer olly blogs drove a combine from John o'groates to lands end for charity which is about 900 miles.

Transitions and distributors can be a royal pain depending on the weather for the day. Metal expands and flexes when heated and contracts and shifts when cold or could have condensation that became ice blocking flow so you might be able to find the issue when it gets could again. Also our old Oliver being a diesel sounds almost identical idling as the moline does on cold starting

I had an idea for Zach, I would really like to see some first person action (with a GoPro strapped to his head) like when he can't use a single arm to do stuff, driving with that setup would be really nice too ! Thanks for discussing mental health on your public format. Mental health has been a subject not discussed enough for millennia. I have had my own issues, and have successfully negotiated life now for about 30 years with some antidepressants, and feel really good.

Make sure all the equipment is in cause you don’t want another mower gate on your hands. Like you did when you left the Deere mower out and it got snowed on.
