nationalise the BBC and sell it to ELON MUSK simple as that hes a fighter for the freedom of speech and well i stand by him more than the BBC i think he would tell truth over them.
i dont have a T.V. and i dont pay a licence and i dont have bbc iplayer or down load live content. i refuse to watch the BBC and this bloke is one of the reasons why.
The sheer arrogance of Mair is extraordinary and perfectly exemplifies the BBC. It's none of his business how much Farage is paid. It's everyone's business how much Lineker and any other BBC presenter/celebrity is paid. As for his bumbling and dismissive response to wastage? Disgusting. Shame on him.
Nige has already stated what money he got and where from, I think a few more politicians (ok, all politicians) and quite a lot of bullshitbollockscorporation people could learn a few things.
The arrogance of this x BBC producer who no doubt as part of his retirement package has a free for life tv licence is the reason we all need to cancel the BBC . His attitude is one of " it doesn't matter its only the publics money"
He does a point about the BBC Studios. This part of the BBC makes a fortune every year and uses the licence fee to make these shows and send them around the world for a fee.
Arrogance is something that current and former "workers" at the BBC have in spades. Too many years "working" at the BBC has addled the brains of many of these interviewees. The thought that Lineker would not leave the BBC for a greater reward than the ridiculous amount he is paid by the BBC (in reality, screwed out of the public) is preposterous. Equally ridiculous was the claim that the BBC operates under market forces. How many other media organisations in the UK get their funding handed to them on a plate?
Who, Mr Graham? The taxpayers pay for Mr Farages MP salary, for which he is supposed to do a job. Being paid £98,000/month for 32 hours work- his own declaration on the Register - could be seen as a potential for conflict of interest.
Talk tv is a bit of a joke. Graham was 1 of those calling for unvaxed to lose jobs, be banned from public spaces and forced to have injections against their will... most of the hosts on TalkTv are not much better than other outlets. Julia Hartley-Brewer 'might' be the only decent host.
If I choose to shop at Sainsbury's instead of Tesco's I don't get bullying letters and threats of £1,000 fines but say you don't watch the BBC and they don't believe you!
@@elwynj5379 I am well aware of that and it also includes using BBC iPlayer, but that is not the point. My point is that I should be able to choose what or where I shop without getting threatening letters just because I don't want their service and yet the BBC can get away with sending such nasty and bullying letters just to intimidate the vulnerable into paying for something they don't need to.
When the delicate lefties are hit with facts, it’s Nigel’s fault, Tommy’s fault, the Far Right’s fault, the climate, oil, anything that these goons want to use to deflect.
If he is 'obsessed' with Mr Farage, it might be because he is an elected MP for Clacton and is obliged declare his income andvuts origin outside Parliament for scrutiny. Parliament needs to ensure there is no potential for conflict of interest.
Just watch corry on catchup. No need for a TV License if you don't watch or record Live TV on any platform. I love my cricket, so I watch the Highlights on RU-vid. The New democarcy is with consumers. We can vote with our wallets all the time, not every 5 years at the balllot box. If you don't like it, don't pay for it. You may have to sacrifice something in the short term, but these executives will soon get the message. Look at Bud Light etc. 500,000 stopped paying their license last year. This going to continue. PS the letters you get are hilarious.
A judge recently failed to jail a child rapist because the prisons are full. Yes, full of people not paying their tv licence and for daring to use free speech. This country has had it. I gear for the quality of life for my children and grandchildren.
Anybody who hits out at Nigel is showing his political bias. This man is not suitable for our IMPARTIAL national broadcaster! Vote Reform!! Teach the BBC a lesson.
@allykatharvey Why can't anybody be objectively critical of Mr Farage without showing political bias? The man is an elected MP and paid by the taxpayer to do that job. He is being paid £98k/month for doing 32 hours work on a TV station. It is perfectly reasonable to examine 1, whether he is doing the job the taxpayer pays him for, 2 Whether his other job(s) amount to a conflict of interest, 3. Whether flying to America to see Mr Trump with an assistant at the cost of £32K paid for by donation, is acceptable and appropriate 'work' for the MP for Clacton - he said he was in America to promote Clacton on the global stage.
Mair wants to hang onto that nice superannuated gold plated pension he has got the rest of his sad life! No worries about losing his heating allowance for him.
Why don’t you ask him why I have to pay a license fee for TV company, I do not watch or use the iPlayer, so I can watch live TV? Smells like communism.
Lineker sold his soul to the BBC, acted like he was proud to play for England once upon a time. Im an English patriot and I wouldnt give him the time of day the loser
It’s not just the money Gary gets from the bbc. Gary was already a millionaire before he joined. It’s the power he now has as a British household name. Basically in a masonry type of group where he is untouchable to a certain extent.
Haven't paid for 9 yrs or water 9yrs gas electricity for about 18 months now just stopped c tax this year they are all corporations they need a contract even tax they need a contract so haven't paid that for around 9 yrs
How do I do this? Looking online to cancel my licence, but apparently I still need to pay to watch/ stream any other channel apart from the bbc... is this correct? Really confusing information.
Well, if Mr Mair's attempt at an explanation is not enough reason to cancel your licence, I don't know what is. Good challenge Mike, you are worth every penny of the money you generate for TALK.
What TalkTV 'waste' and GBNews pay Farage is up to them, the difference is the public are not forced on pain of prison to pay for it as is the case with the BBC even if they don't watch it.
Precisely so.
People watch wrestling, nor for me but I don't demand to know what they are payed, because its not from the public purse. Everyone at the BBC are ransomming the rest of TV with threats of prosecution.
I remember when my gf at the time moved Into student accomodation, she got threatening letters from TV license thugs the moment she moved in, as did everyone in the entire student accomodation. She was so intimidated by it she asked me if she should just pay for it...she didn't even have a TV in her room. BBC prey on people's fear.
@@ge2719I bet they said to 'the occupier’on the letters, they can’t prosecute if they don’t know your name. They won’t find out your name unless you give it them. I lived in social housing for a few years in a 2 bedroom flat and kept getting these letters addressed to the occupier and just ignored all of them, guess what? They couldn’t do anything about it.
@@John-c4r1o without their unions imagine how poor the train drivers pay would be, what silly and unsafe hours they would be expected to be work. Sacked and replaced by cheap labour.
Maybe once when we believed it was a highly professional , objective, impartial news agency that also provided high quality informed programmes , then it might have seemed worth the price and principle . But the more we learn of the bbc , the more we learn they are unethical , unprofessional , condescending, contemptuous , lecturing , biased and even wholly misrepresent the truth making fraudulent news reports claiming all kinds of atrocities when they are actually fictional propaganda .! Such as the discredited danish footage of a young bot supposedly rescuing his smaller sister from sniper fire . Until we saw the unedited footage where the director yells “ Cut” ! To see them both get up and walk off camera ! This is not the only example , we’ve seen faked chemical, attacks , faked emergency rescuers faking rescues who turned out to be Islamist extremists seen executing people captured and so so many more faked reports . One I remember was the “ Muslim women’s demonstration in London about their “ fear for their safety “ after the Islamist bombings of children at pop concerts , where the supposedly hundreds of women were about ten when the camer pulled back and the unedited footage was shown for what it was , a manipulative propagandist piece designed to mislead . All the BBC . That’s not to mention the coverups of sexual depravity and criminality , the huge salaries for lecturing pompous, entitled “ celebrities” and sanctimonious political commentators pushing a narrative that has led us and tried to lead us into war and support for invasions , insurgencies , Islamist radicals and all the rest of the politically motivated “ news” we’ve been misled to think for decades has been impartial . If it ever was , those days are long gone a di doubt it was ever true but at least it seemed to have our interests at heart , not any longer when it is now just the cheerleader for the a decadent woke globalist left narrative .
All the bbc buildings and intellectual property is owned by the licence payers so what ever happens they need to pay that money back when they go to a subscription service
No, they belong to the private organisation BBC studiosTM… that’s the disgusting loophole they set up. They use yours, mine and everyone’s money to buy the shows from their own private company at our expense. Its revolting. 🤮
@@Phookinellgood point, and it made me think who does own it? My guess is Charles and the Buckingham Palace squad. He owns the ships and planes of the armed forces, which are paid for out of taxes, same for prisons etc. I'm not an expert on the British constitution so it would be nice to get an informed point of view!
Nah BBC will stay Nationalised after defunding. Though they could sell some IP and buildings to help with the transition, which happens anyway. BBC franchises out Top Gear, Dr Who to Disney....
1500 people paid heir licence fee just for that money to be wasted on unused taxi's - all this bullshit should be used in the courts by the people being prosecuted for not paying it - the BBC should have a fiscal responsibility to use that money wisely and not treat it like an open chequebook.
If the BBC was abolished altogether would we miss it? No we wouldn’t. The young don’t watch live TV at all, they’re on the way out even if they don’t realise it.
How is Farage value for taxpayers money? He is off to America for the second time in 5 weeks. How is this serving his constituents in Clacton? He has no constituentsy office, he has held no surgeries, he has responded to no emails from his constituents, not even an automated reply. He isn't interested in Clacton.
There is the point right there... "Every organisation wastes money, especially the public sector!" Excuses by people with their noses firmly in the trough.
Nope, because I like to watch other broadcasts like on Now TV, and to do that I have to pay for a TV Licence, if you watch ANY live broadcast, even BBC News or Sky News on You Tube then you need a TV licence. It is forced tax.
If Farage was pocketing the money then the lamestream would be over it in a flash. As it stands he is taking a paycut to be an MP, use it or lose it. Labour and pretend Tory have zilch to offer ordinary British people.
Watching this BBC guy makes me less likely to pay my license fee. What a disgrace. All this whilst he organisation protected many absolute monsters and all out of the public purse. How any BBC spokesman can show their face in public is beyond me.
It is against the law to put them in jail, it is a matter for civil law and not a criminal offense. REJECT ALL LEGAL FICTIONS in court, they can't prosecute you.
Mike, I love you! Keep questioning people. Keep bringing the truth. Keep exposing the hypocrisy I’ll probably get arrested for this message lol Thank you
The BBC overcharged pensioners and spent money for programes on getting their digital BBCI player up n running .and Lineker an Co to get rich .. Fill in the forms register no lisence needed and spend your 170 quid elsewhere ..
I didn't think I would ever be approving of someone being 'cancelled' from a show but in this case........it has also decided me to cancel my BBC licence. Nice job Mike
The BBC should be run like the NHS. On a shoe string. Liniker and others are certainly not worth his wage. Mair is as privileged, arrogant and out of touch as the govt.
I worked for the bbc for 18 years and believe me that's the tip of the iceberg of how unbelievabley wasteful and under jon birts producer choice was even worse. I witnessed millions being wasted
Most of the so called 'celebs' are not employed directly by the BBC. They are employed by a company called BBC Studios, which as a PRIVATE entity, can refuse to expose their employees financial incomes. How is a PRIVATE company allowed to use the BBC's name when it is supposed to be a 'public' institution? It's called FRAUD and MONEY LAUNDERING!
@@thecornedbeefcouncil9792 The other guy said there were not any, just proving a point ? hilarious ? Might I suggest you have a strange sense of humour ?🙂🙂
@@tonyryan1171 no, he said there hadn’t been any in the last few years, Graham then found a case from 6 years ago (not within the last few years) and was then deliberately vague about the date of the conviction as he knew he was wrong. The bloke is a dribbling idiot as he’s proved before.
@@tonyryan1171 learn something new everyday, I never realised Mike Graham had been a producer at the BBC. Sorry, when you posted that the ex BBC producer had made a fool of himself I thought you were talking about the other one, not Mike Graham. So we agree. 👍
Why are you lemons still paying the tv licence fee. If you just watch netflix or RU-vid you dont need to pay. Cancel your tv licence today. Defund the bbc.
