Listening to this drama over someone's child who was brutally murdered years back breaks my heart to pieces. This mosia and crew belong behind bars and nowhere else. That was Teofo was eliminated.

I am trying to make sense of it as well. The bullet hit Senzo and went through to hit the door. My question is since Senzo in front of the door how then did it pass him to land behind the glass jars which I assume they were either to the left or right of Senzo but definitely not behind him . To me Nthabiseng explanation that the bullet was on the floor makes sense. I guess it will all depend if it was a downward or upward angle

One of the witnesses did say that Mncube’s gun was tested and wasn’t linked to any other crimes and was about to be destroyed and all of a sudden it was linked to Meyiwa’s death. The same evidence (gun) that Gininda took to his office ‘for sake keeping’ Can you please do a video on that witness testimony🙏🏽

Hallo my queen, in one of your publications I commented " get all the spaza people" bank transactions including tumelo and also follow their cellphones, we might know how much booze they had and other things that are relevant to this case Then the question of 2 cans will tell us a new story. State is trying to say spaza people were not drunk. probably that's "senzo" cans. The only thing we have now, they said they were drinking in the spaza. At least we should have 4 drinking items. was the cleaning lady selectively cleaning? why? As the defense, I get the impression she intentionally and precisely removed anything that can link the spaza people. can she explain to us why we have 2 objects only, while 5 people were drinking? This only gives the impression she cleaned with a purpose that is only known to her. Remember, none of the spaza people mentioned running away with their drinks. So where did they go? I asked yesterday why Mr. Dry swap leading someone’s evidence. Why do we have affidavits? Affidavits are usually used to legitimate what is in question or confirm the work we've done, but in this regard, person x worked, and Mr. Dry swap present or the other way round. Defense why Mara, vuka, please. Baloyi confirmed, Mr. Dry swap beeing there, but he couldn't confirm him compelling the evidence document. That's not his work. Hence, he was lost in that documentation. Just a few general questions: We had was blood in the house, irrespective of it being cleaned. why was fluorescent light not used? Is this in line with the crime seen handling procedures of SAPS? Apparently, the "late" was in a scuffle with one of the intruders. Was DNA taken from his fingernails or clothes he wore? What does SAPS evidence collection procedure say Trace evidence, Gun shorts residue? Broken things in the house, etc? Get them from the trash can...remember people fought here...did you ask the cleaning lady about what was removed? We need her to tell us what she did with the evidence. What does the SAPS procedure say? Impression evidence.. footprint, finger prints...we should at least have more than 2.. Weapons.. we only have the bullet. This was a high-profile case. A VIP case. Where was the crime scene technician? What is his report regarding the bullet and the movement? Device evidences.. well, we know this was not taken.. what does the crime scene procedure say Fiber or hair collection, people fought, why was this not collected... Now, in my view, based on all these issues, I think the bullet got there without the accused, just like one of the cellphones traveled to church without the owner. We could confirm with the state narration and the possibility of the object traveling without the owner. Can we test the gun ourselves with the state present? It's clear the law can not handle evidence. We don't have the comfort to accept the bullet evidence and the gun. The defense ballistic might bring different views. "Get the ballistic guy from Oscar V state." Gapeletja defense... but I digress This is just my view with a room to be corrected

I agree with one of the comments that this was a cover up. It was what I can call "organized incompetence". Mosia was set up to fail(Allegedly). The TIME he arrived at the scene. The late person who directed him to the evidence. The 8 only photos that he took if I am not mistaken. Mshololo told Mosia, "You were managed". Remember the meeting that Adv. Teffo alleges was held there by the "Spaza" house. Kuningi.

I think what My Mshoza was supposed to ask was.. "On a crime scene, SAPS plays a crucial role in collecting evidence, and each person has a role to play. For example, the crime scene manager, investigating officer, and crime scene technician. " Which one was your role? The answer to that question would mean you agreeing you were not alone or opposite, which will then prove you did not follow procedure... you can't manage and collect samples. If alone, then the procedure was not followed. If he was the manager, who investigated and collected samples at the scene... then why are you here

No this guy with crushes is the one who lock himself inside one of the bedrooms and hide his phone under the blankets that were there,I remember Mshololo asking him why he did not call the cops or ambulance while locked inside that bedroom... But later when Mnisi identified a Sumsung S4 on Mosia'photos(the one for Kelly that was supposed to be stolen by intruders)Baloyi said it was this Tumelo's phone forgetting what the guy said about his phone during cross examination
