It was too political. I enjoy when they joke more instead of echo chamber about their views. Like that one episode that started off with them saying that you shouldn’t say certain words. Comedians shouldn’t be laying out boundaries like that which is ironic cause I hate when the get political loo
@@randomdude189 I didn't expect to agree with this comment given your first several words. You're right though, comedians outlining "things you can't say" always strikes me as defeatist and cheesy. EDIT: The personal is political though, saying "I don't like it when they get political" is always stupid.
@@WeMightBeDrunkPod Did y'all get a chance to check out the movie "Holy Mountain" by Alejandro Jodorowsky yet? I would pay to see a live show of you two reacting to it. ....that movie is a mind F* every time.
Most of the more severe illnesses happen to people by surprise, unexpectantly, impacting first in the brain, then in the corresponding organ which that part of the brain controls. The end of WWI had absolutely everything to do with the Flu and lung TB outbreak that occurred killing millions. In nature, the biological conflict linked with a territorial fear (just what it means-a fear in your territory, your home, your community, etc.) is a widening of the bronchia (tissue loss). Your body attempts to widen your bronchia in order to allow more air into your lungs to give you more strength and energy to fight to keep your territory safe. Stay with me.......The biological conflict linked with a death fright impacts the lungs. The lungs attempt to grow larger in order to allow more air in because breath equals life, as we all know. No breath equals death. While you are in the fear or death fright conflict, you notice no symptoms of “disease”, except you have cold hands, cold feet, you can’t sleep, you awaken at 3 AM every night, you have little appetite. During the WW1, millions of people were in fear of the bombing of their homes and cities where the war was most active. Fearing for their lives, their loved ones in the war, their ability to survive. The food in the stores was sparse due to shortages. This lasted for 4 long years! The longer the conflict, the worse the healing phase. Within 2 weeks of the German Chancellor announcing the end of WWI, these millions of people ALL went into the healing phase all at the same time. It is during the healing phase that you experience symptoms of illness! What is the healing phase of the bronchia widening? Severe bronchitis, pneumonia. The body attempts to refill this lost tissue and you experience inflammation, fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc. What is the healing phase of the extra lung tissue that grew? Decomposing of the tissue by TB bacteria and fungi. The symptoms of this healing phase are: severe coughing up of blood and tissue, fever, inflammation, severe mucous, body aches, fatigue. During this decomposing of the extra tissue (tumor), the body expels a lot of protein, and without replenishment, severe protein loss can result in death. Antibiotics did not exist yet. If TB bacteria does not exist in a person or they have been vaccinated against TB (big mistake), then the tumor will simply encapsulate and become dormant and not harm you. Who died during the Spanish Flu? Mainly the poor who could not afford to buy meat and proper nourishment, and the people who were directly impacted by the bombings and destruction of their homes. Millions of people suffered fear and death frights during the fighting of WWI, and millions of people all went into healing at the end of it. Not everyone was affected because not everyone suffered the same way. It’s not a “flu”, it’s not something you “catch”. It’s biological, meaningful, and unavoidable. One hundred years later, a Fear Campaign begins, using the media to spread it......
Mark: That's like the thing at the Comedy Store -- well we're getting deep into comedy here -- LOL, I think many are tuned in for exactly this stuff. Thanks for all the insights. It's the best part of this podcast. Just don't tell my wife about our love affair.

I love how you guys always talk about movies along with everything else. It’s actually what first started my watching way back on episode 3. Love the pod guys thanks
Anxiety is crazy, for me I go deaf, body tightens up, the sweats, and breathing goes manual (or I’d pass out). Literally a half a shot of whisky knocks it right out.
I had a breathalyzer. You can blow into while driving. It beeps 3 times and you have a couple of minutes to blow, had it for a year. Costs 129.00 a month. It's a real pleasure
Hey Guy, Love your comedy. Glad you came together as friends and now podcast! Yes of small bladder... I am a nurse, you should not be getting up so often to go. You probably have a situation going on with your prostate. There are meds and such to change your condition. Please, please see a urologist. Take care ❤
Bros i'm living in France right now, and i have the simple answer to why not everyone here is fat : We do eat fat stuff, great food and all, but we don't actually eat like that every day, the desert is maybe a 2-3 nights a week deal, we do drink wine or alcoholic drinks but it's more of a moderate consumption and not an every day kind of a thing. dinner is more like a bowl of soup and slice of bread deal most of the weekdays. we do party and eat out but it's mostly around weekends. weekdays are not that great of a foodshow cause also working people have little time to actually cook. it's like instagram photos, you guys compare someone's highlights of the week to your everyday and think they are killing it
Every time Sam makes a zinger he slightly glances directly into the camera leaving lingering unsettling feelings just letting the zinger simmer mmmhhmmm
I sing the female falsetto on the Modello commercials they played for 5 years.Recorded 1987 for Ennio Morricone soundtrack for movie 2003 version Good the bad The Ugly 1966.I'm singing on one of the baddest movies EVER.
I used to watch Getting Doug with High regularly when it come on although I never smoked then. Now I watch this while getting high. My point is ....what wuz I saying...
Sam talking about coming down on a sugar high is a very accurate description of the stand up life.. false love that truly exists, know it's the podcasts like this we crave... at least I do
Mark's right "Breezy Point" is nice beach neighborhood, but he's NOT realizing it's already well-known. Hipsters and transplants aren't moving there is bc too far from Manhattan, plus nearest subway stop isn't walkable distance.
First a Mickey Rourke mention last ep and now a stanhope SO in this one, great range! I see Sam bringing up that Stanhope bit about ADD later on, sewing it all together nicely. Great ep as always ya lizards!
Is nobody aware that Mark has a coke problem? I'm seriously worried about this dude. M (knees clacking together in earnest): "This is sneaky! I could drink 12 of these!" S: "Yeah, this is good man...man, the Mexicans do it right." - Sincerely, the difference between a line and a bump RIP Norm
Sammy talks often about having horrible ADD but i noticed he only checks his phone once during the entire 90 minute podcast when Mark asked how long they've been going for. and then during the end credits he goes for his phone. but that's still pretty impressive i think. i don't think a lot of people would be able to do that. it's hard for me to make it thru a 2 hour movie if i'm watching it at home without checking my phone at least 3-4 times
Both guys have over 7 million views on their specials and they're two of the best young comics, yet their pod is overlooked. Guess the podcast space is just so oversaturated.
Always get excited when you talk about films and Mexicans in a positive light. Keep up the good work fellas ! Any of you subscribed to the Criterion Channel ?
Sam and Mark at it again. Wish I was well off to get into ur patreon and support you funny people. Well till then I really enjoy those previews on youtube!!
