The thing on the wall IS your AIR, but it’s also your heat. The “skinny” cabinet is for storing baking sheets. We even store our cutting board in the skinny cabinet. Congratulations on your new place. 🎉

Y’all could definitely buy some kind of small cabinet that has built in drawers, etc. to fit BEHIND the ladder and use that as a pantry/silverware, and other extra storage! Or even some kind of corner-shaped cabinet would be nice!

The narrow cabinets are for cookie sheets, cutting boards, that type of stuff. And for cooking use a new delivery service like hello fresh or Home Chef

We lived in an apartment for 6 mon after a bad ice storm. We put a few sets of silverware in a large mug and rest we put in tray in the cabinet. It was just the two of us. The skinny cabinet is for cookie sheets and thin pans. I put cookie sheets and a large fry pan in ours. Those air units are great. We first saw them on vacation in Isla Mujeres and it got cold a night. We are seriously thinking of getting one for our house.

Such a cute little apartment! I’d recommend getting floating shelves/racks for above the trash can, a $10 clear pocket over the door organizer for the bathroom door and a magnet shelf for the side of the fridge for spices :)

Just suggestions: use a silverware caddy instead to save you some cabinet space, get a skinny stand alone pantry for extra kitchen storage and maybe put in the corner by the ladder or by the front door. Of course if you are allowed, maybe add some shelves 😊

By the way I’ve seen the worst parents at 30 years old and the best parents at 16. Age doesn’t matter. They pay their own bills, Taylor is getting his education, they’re stable in a home, they have a great support system of family, and in a church. They’re level headed and mature. So why are you bringing up 19 as if that changes anything and some how means they won’t be great parents?

3:15 so I don’t know if y’all have ever had a loft apartment before but it’s adorable and the room up the stairs. The loft room is your master bedroom. The one downstairs is technically your second bedroom or office.

Definitely purchase an over the toilet organizer. We didn’t have a vanity but only an under sink cabinet in bathroom and it has helped SO much.
