I like how Smith has the putting green grid view on and still completely ignores it and misses putts because there's a slope. He just keeps hitting it straight, why
That one where they all made it to the final round was so intense, hahaha, Ross has finally found his game!! Enjoy that oversized unnecessarily heavy crown Ross, you earned it, haha
Alsmiffy had some _AMAZINGLY_ close calls, and an absolutely brilliant start, as did Trott on that shot he landed in 2. It also definitely felt like Ross was robbed by that sand pit.
Time it took the hat bois to say something gross: 1 minute and 19 seconds. The average time currently is: 4 minutes and 0 seconds. I will do this on every video as long as my smooth brain doesn't forget. There was no comment on the last video as they didn't say anything gross, which would screw over the averages.
I like that because of the uncanny valley effect, Trott's _almost_ lookalike golfer is stranger to see than Ross or Smith's outlandish golfers in this game.
I have a feeling you guys would enjoy Mario Golf Super Rush's speed golf mode a lot more than this game's version of it. Less players, but it has none of the problems you were complaining about in this video, and you still have to be mindful of your score.
To smith thinking hes not driving it very far, if you screw up the swing timing it pretty dramatically drops the distance it goes. Also if you do the same in the sand you go 2 feet like ross was doing.
Haven't played this one, but in some of the previous games it's about pulling the stick directly back and then directly forward in a smooth motion and with proper rhythm. If the stick deviates even slightly left or right as you swing forward especially, you will get a hook or a slice, and the farther left or right it deviates the more severe the angle. It's funny but it does actually take some practice and concentration to realize that "down" and "up" on the stick are actually very specific inputs compared to most other games that require them. If you look at the circle at the bottom left right after they swing you can actually see the movements of their input. The line goes down, then up... Smith's often has a lean to the left or right, and you see the results. You can typically also switch to a button press swing minigame where you fill power bars with timing, and I wonder if other players do that.
@@OmegaProxy well the origin of derby being a race is still British so the argument can be made that American are saying it wrong but difference in pronunciations are common from place to place so *shrug*
@@tomramsden5434 I don’t care one way or the other. It’s just funny you can’t say derby, or the word thinking for that matter. I’m fingkingk of somefingk
