This week has shown what I’ve been saying for a while now, which is that the main reason why it’s hard for any one single player to dominate over and extended period of time is because the game has become extremely competitive
Most people haven’t yet realised that the era of the big 3 was a one off! I feel for Alcaraz in particular, your average fan just doesn’t understand how much more depth there is in the men’s tour these days. We aren’t going to see players absolutely dominating like we have gotten used to, the big 3 era was a statistical anomaly for tennis, it’s just most of us have recency bias and think that’s the usual state of the sport! It’s not!
Fantastic stuff.🎉🎉🎉Thank you for the review. It was such a joy to watch it.❤❤❤Definitely one of the best tennis channels out there on RU-vid.😊😊The format is fantastic, reviews from all the atp and wta tournaments is top notch.
Finnaly we see ATP tennis new raising stars. In WTA,it happens a lot,but in men tennis there are three ar four players that dominates. Appreciate the work, keep going.❤
No more Big 3.. many player will dominated, to many good young guys.. said to see Medvedev, Tsitipas, Zverez etc, will have so hard time to win in 2025..
Do you think size has something to do with it? I always though Ferrer's size worked against him. De Minaur certainly has all the tools but just can't seem to get over the hump.
😂😂 how can one win matches by people choking when shes the clear favourite in most of them, and almost always leads in them, even winning often 6-0, 6-1??? you cant see the difference between Iga outplaying your faves from them choking. rybakina didnt choke, Iga changed her game strategy after the mto, and the match was still close to the very end. You dont win 4 majors, and have 90 weeks as no. 1 through people choking😂
