You're right. This video completely ignores the fact that he dribbles, holds the ball, is really quick, and presses really well. Also, he has had only one poor game and is miles ahead of Guiu. Finally, he's young, playing for a coach who'll leave at the end of this season. So, I don't this this video is even needed.

You’ll see he will bench Lewandowski once he unlocks that part of his game but that’s important for a Barca striker

Love xavi but i agree that xavi shouldnt stay even when barca win ucl. Barca need a change and flick is the right man. He also good at developing youngster too. I still hope xavi will come back later with new idea and more experience later. Xavi and pep are the only barca coach that i would like to come back in the future.

​@@crypto_mbappe3056 xavi relatively inexperienced. it could be seen on his whole career at barca. his style isnt exactly good either, maybe because its too complicated his players cant execute it well or the players understanding isnt good. either way its xavi problem. he got credit for picking up good academy players. financially xavi already said that barca doesnt need to give him compensation so he cost 0 to terminate. xavi also seems mentally exhausted dealing with spanish press so its a good time to take a break. now lets looking at flick. hes financially cheap because hes unemployed. no need to pay his employer for compensation like de zerbi situation. hes more experienced than xavi, he also good at developing youngsters, play style similar to barca philosophy with added intensity and physicality. hes also had great achievement. not only ucl winner hes the 2nd sixtuple winner in history. hes a direct upgrade from current xavi on every aspect. he also interested and already make extra effort to coach barca. he really did his homework. i belive xavi will get better as a coach. he got the potential, he just need time to grow. thats why i want xavi come back later. for now its better for xavi to take a break and for barca to get on next level.

Roque was never meant to replace lewa this season, it's very rare that a south american player adapt to an elite european team. It took 1 season for Neymar to become the best in Barcelona.... Roque is only 3 months or so....
