This is what I would recommend for helping Benny sleep. Start a whole wind down routine with him. Have his dinner, get a bath, lights off, TVs off all through the house so he feels like everything is shutting down and everyone is going to bed. Eventually the time he goes to bed will get earlier and earlier. Then you’ll have more time to yourself at the end of the night to clean etc.

It’s only a bit hard since his new job schedule is different from mine and requires a lot of hours but we both like to get ready and treat each other at a nice restaurant and finding a nice calm place to go walk and talk.
