Energy .. frequency. Me with adhd, I have learned to finally 😅 be still and know. Judgment and moving at your pace will meet you and catch up with you. Your mind. Your actions. Your lack their of somewhere. It’s ok to chill the f out. Any time . Just chill. Because magic is always happening. And it ain’t always under a humans control

To be more productive, I literally turn on music! Music helps me out so so much and gets me in the mood to do anything, whether it be to work out or to clean my room or cook, if I have my music on I will assure you I am more productive lol.
I think what would help you is having a regular job or joining a mom group where to take Baby Benny out with other kids. I think the issue with you is you are a content creator and you basically work whenever you want so you aren’t on a routine. Do you ever take him out to the park or thought about putting him in a head start so he can socialize with children which would also help you with your mental health where you use the time he’s in school to go to the gym or do grocery shopping?

These kind of videos are great! I like to put on fast jazz when I’m cleaning and it helps with keeping my momentum. I don’t like jazz but it really does help 😂
I noticed for me to be productive is to wake up "early" lol eat a high protein breakfast, get my boys and myself ready, make the bed, and go outside for a walk.
I suffered with depression & anxiety, one day I decided to change my eating habit. I stopped eating junk food, added sugars, soda, rice, candy, chips you get the point. I started walking M-F minimum of 5k steps max 10k & let me tell you how much clearer my head is, I’m more energetic, & I’ve lost so many inches, my eye sight has gotten so much better.

Thank you so much for spreading awareness and letting people know how hard it can be to actually be productive I know their are many people out there that struggle to be productive including me and something I do to be productive is wake up early in the morning and try not to lay down even though the bed calls my name lol
Picking your outfit out the night before down to the undies and socks🫡 also planning 1-2 meals the day before really helps from snacking/binging/consuming unnecessary calories. For example i make my overnight oats night before so when i come back from the gym i dont have any prep and sometimes im so hungry so knowing somethings is ready that you look forward to really helps and its an easier way of sticking to a healthy meal plan🩷 $AlannaStarBannister
