Really like your drone footage of the Michigan county side. I think it’s pretty cool when you have Grant in the tractor with you. The big smile on his face tells it all. Keep feeding America. Big job. You guys are up for it. Many thanks
Love watching guys that have never had gps use it for the first time. It’s kinda funny how amazed they always are. But we’ve all been there our first time using it. It is so friken nice to have it’s not even funny especially things like onland plouging. Life saver.
That’s how you treat neighbors good for you Kip you didn’t use it all that much anyways and your dad had it for a little while and your neighbor will probably use it way more than you did your wife seems to be one awesome woman
When it's time to go to a place where a tractor can be better utilized let it go. You know the neighbors and how well they take care of their equipment. That helps. Nice big bean field!
The 9560R I hope has had the head bolts done or a reman engine already otherwise, ouch pain is coming. 13.5 at anything over 550 is not great. Love the 8760.

Hey thanks for posting how come you are doing all the planting I thought your dad was in to that how come your brothers aren't doing the tech stuff you usually do the cows and chopping and solos I pay attention sorry I'm a big fan of yours. P.S. I think I have a solution for your silo problem the future get rid of the old van dam machines and replace them with new technology check out what 10 generation dairyman what they are putting in their solos very neat I hope you respond back LET'S GO
Why do you not change your swath width to 30ft and your track spacing to 29.5ft then you will have 1/2ft over lap and no gaps in your mapping. Will track your acreage accurately that way
Thanks for another great video Kip. It was interesting and informative and enjoyable. Sorry you sold the 8760. That was a nice tractor. BUT do Understand helping a good neighbor and you did not use it as much as you thought. Good way to have good relationships with the neighbor. Ok deal I hope. Nice lunch your wife fixed for you Kip. She is a very good lady. You are eating good. Got almost all of your soybeans drilled in. Nice drill seeder you have there. And the auto steer makes it so easy. How wonderful you all agreed to do the auto steer setup. It is worth the investment for sure!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice going on that Kip. I don’t see your brothers around much. Are they using the auto steer and what field activity are they doing. Just don’t see much of them?????!?? Not being noisy now , just the video gives the impression you are the only one operating equipment. Just asking is all. You will be real busy with haying shortly so you have feed for the cows. Believe you said you were real low on hay feed for them. Lots of operating activities to keep going this time of the year. You all hang in there. Thanks for everything Kip. You all take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
It’s how you set up your track and implement widths. Usually you want your implement width a hair wider then track width so it paints fully and tracks acreage better. Also for headlands since your usually steering by hand it won’t paint as autotrac isn’t enguaged but there is different settings for when it paints like there is different settings line it’ll paint whenever pto is on or remote is on or auto steer is on etc. just depends how you set it up. Kip will get it figured out the more he uses it
@@randaljohnson580 you’ll never wanna go back and wonder why you didn’t get it years ago once you figure ut out. All the old guys always say they don’t need it they can do it by eye just as good etc. but you absolutely cannot beat the efficiency of gps. Cuts your overhead costs very noticeably and it’s so much easier on the operator. Way less chance or errors or misses etc. it’s well worth the investment
