Turkey soup recipe.
Ingredients:
Olive oil 2 tbsp.spoons
Turkey meat 500g. finely chopped
Celery 3 stalks coarsely chopped
Carrot 3 medium pieces coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Canned tomatoes 400 gr. mash
Chicken broth 1000 ml.
Tomato puree 1st.spoon
Pearl barley 60 gr.
Lentils 60 g. rinse
Marjoram 1h. spoon
Thyme 1h. spoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Tabasco sauce 6-8 drops.
