I would put a piece of door edge guard or slice a piece of rubber hose and put it on the piece you notched out. I’ve had a few Harley’s with air ride. The little hoses always move around when the bike is vibrating. I always keep a spare piece of air line and a few couplings in my bag incase I get a hole in a line. The compressor will get pretty warm while it’s lifting the weight of the bike especially if someone is sitting on the seat. Hope this helps. Great channel guy’s.
like someone else with your wife lmao. Growing up, we had a strict no one rides your bike, you don't ride their dirtbikes. Im 48 now and when someone tells me to ride their bike I won't do it. It's all I can do to ride one Im working on.

Hows it still holding up ? And also , what about the kickstand ? Is the bike stable enough to completely air out and use the factory stand and not fall over ?
I love it! It’s still holding up great! I have still only installed the back and my kickstand works fine with it laid out. But if you also bag the front you will need another stand.
Honestly , air ride is for diesel rigs . My biggest complaint is dependability issues. That's why I didn't get the Legend system , instead we purchased the Suspension Technologies shocks due to - - Price, Quality, dependability. Just MHO.
@@alleyoop1234 Are you really trying to do some kind of comparison between a flimsy LG air ride system and a system that sustains an 80,000 LB load. I didn't think so.
@@alleyoop1234 Same principles , however the manufacturing materials and fittings are comparatively different. Are you trying to convince yourself that any type of flimsy motorcycle air ride system, materials , fitting, compression ratios are as dependable as your truck air ride system ? again I didn't think so ?
I can only think of one thing that would make M/C air systems undependable, the lack of quality components, the tech has been here for decades. So it boils down to who made the components, not the lack of engineering.
Those shocks are on backwards boss need to put the left or the right goes in the right or the left goes otherwise you're going to hit your airline valve on your saddlebag
Good deal I put dirty air on mine and the wife loves it I just bought there shocks and fittings and line got a cheap pump and wiring kit no holding tank but man night and day like riding on cloud our you can stiffin it up and ride like your on rails
Before you install shrink wrap all the wires leave no wires un wraped to protect them from all the elements.. you guys in Georgia, to cold fro my blood big dawg..lol

@@mannypena2431yeah my old harbor freight motorcycle jack works great 15 years and still working great . But was like I like the air jack much easy then pumping up .
My exact question ❓ Air suspension is worthless. Harley Davidson stock suspension is that exact system and I don't understand this selection? Wilbers for my 2010 Road King 👑
So is it worth it for this Amazon kit? How’s the ride? I was debating on trying the kit as well on my ultra but I get mixed opinions for being “cheap and don’t hold air”.. I don’t really want to pay the 1000$ for the dirty air fast up 🫣
Honestly I’ve rode mine and I can’t tell a huge difference between the Amazon kit and the stock air shocks. But mine does leak air while sitting in the garage over a couple days but not while riding. I would definitely recommend!
